Getting carried away with the laws....stopping people and giving tickets for not having life jacket on tubes...EPA Rules and Regulations Page 13694-13706 under 3.7 # 14 personal Flotation Devices 175.11 Exempts the requirement to wear or carry PFD on some buoyant devices such as innertubes which would be used for floating on a riverway.

I think the state of Indiana should be using their resources to crack down on real criminals. This is ridiculous and we will not be going back.
