Our work is far from done here. Mitchell is making a LameAsszzz Attempt to regain the publics trust by releasing all the Documents from this 3 year Night Mare... but here is what Im writing to Mitchell....
HEY ROD! ANSWER THIS!
Are you going to publish information about the interviews you buried --- Jeannie Strak & Doug Jones ?
Are you going to publish information about Perdock's access to the police records?
Are you going to publish information about the order to remove references to your presence at Bayshore right after the accident?
Are you going to publish information about the exculpatory information that exists, but that the LCSO has kept from Victor Haltom, according to LCSO deputies?
Are you going to publish information about the still not-released 911 and dispatch calls, e.g., Hans Peter Elmer's calls?
Are you going to publish information about your relationship with Hopkins and the involvement he had in the unjust decision to prosecute Bismarck rather than Perdock?
Why don't you just come clean, rather than engaging in transparent, dishonest politics?
Do you really think the Public is going to "buy" your lame attempt at damage control? Sorry Darling, Its too late. And I was just curious.. Do you guys buy "White Out" by the 55 Gallon barrel size? Order Hard Drives by the case to attempt to cover your Internet tracks? You must think that the Public is as Dumb as Rocks... Both you and Hopkins lack salesmanship skills. No One is Buying what you are trying to sell. Maybe you should start selling Kirby Vacuum's... going door to door.. Or Amway? Or try Mary Kay?... You guys might Win a Pink 1976 Ford Pinto.

Now for those of you who would consider me a "drunken sailor" That is your opinion, you are entitled, so be it. The truth of the matter is, it couldn't be farther from the truth and you don't know me to be able to say such comments. I have never denied drinking that fateful night, but there was no causal nexus between that fact and the cause of Lynn’s death. As the facts of the case showed, and everyone already knew, the speed at which Perdock was traveling is the sole cause of Lynn’s death. I am just glad to close this chapter in my life and move forward. I have a new chance at life, Lynn never got that choice. So I will do what I can to help that family deal with their loss and am grateful for their support through this travesty that Lake County Officials have made of her Death. I will also move on with my own life being the best husband, father, friend and citizen I can be. Thank you once again for all the support, it has been overwhelming. I am forever grateful.

Please agree to do a book deal.(A movie will naturally come next). The world needs to hear this story. It may just remind people in power that you can be help responsible for your actions. Every day the news is filled with stories of coverups and elitist favoritism.
Don't feel guilty for profiting from this tragedy. Make your self whole financially, and if you like start a fund for Lynn's son or a foundation in her memory.
Look at what is happening in the wake of your aquittal. Hopkins and Mitchell are still trying to stay in their positions!! They don't get it. They need to be punished. If Public shame will work, I'm all for it.
I'm for the book deal and the movie too. Mitchell, Hopkins and Perdic need to be remembered for what they did in Lake County. So, lets make sure the story is told accurately.

If you sue Hopkins, maybe he will not be able to harm others in the future. He deserves it. Be the one to use the court system to teach him a lesson. That is what you can do to protect others from being put in your position. There are innocent people in Lake County who are charged with crimes because of Hopkins.

We are so thrilled that you don't have this Bullshhiiitttzz hanging over your head anymore. I couldn't have lived with myself if I hadn't have stepped up to the plate on this case. Knowing first hand how things operate in this County.

It was my pleasure. I consider it good Karma, and all I ask is that you pass it forward.

You have a Wonderful Wife, Family, and now the extended family of Lynn. Everyone came together for a common cause. There is one positive thing as a result of this Injustice.. there are some major changes taking place at this very moment within our Corrupt Injustice System.

I promise, Clearlake will be Cleaned Up Soon...And of course, you know our home is always open to you guys. It was great to see you smile again. But how could you not? With Victor and his Star Wars Sound Effects, The Boys from Sailing Anarchy, and yours truly, who you never know whats going to come out of my mouth.. <grin>

It took a toll on everyone, but Id stand up and do it all over again in a Heart Beat!

Best Wishes..
From our Family to Yours

Dear Bismark and Family,
Please know that the People vs Dinius was NEVER the people and only the corrupt of the LCSO trying to cover and attack so that Perdock could get off from the charge of manslaughter. These terrorists tactics have been going on for years and your case brought this in to the light. This isn't the first offense of Perdock, Mitchell and DA Hopkins, but it should be the last.
Lynn will be missed and she will NOT be forgotten, nor the travesty of justice that was levied upon you and yours and the fact that the people voted that you be freed of ALL charges.
There is more to come that will be brought forward and the healing of our community can come.
God Bless and Keep you...you will be in our prayers.
