70 defendants in a case involving an intoxicated boater. Can someone please answer, why don't we have loser pays statutes in this country. What gives them the right to disrupt the lives of 70 people? If the plaintiff had to pay the expenses of the people they sue when they loose, our courts wouldn't be the laughing stock of the civilized world like they are now. Next election, ask the candifdates about enacting "looser pays" statues like they have in the rest of the world. Stop this madness.
