Decked out in patriotic gear, dozens braved a slight drizzle and an elevated toxic algae advisory to participate in the community's annual July Fourth boat parade.

I have an olde row boat that was free, and I could have put an olde raged, dirty olde, with holes American Flag on it and run in the parade.

The olde 'IN-decline flag' would represent the shape of our country at this time...
