The majority of crashes are caused by people who are not drunk.. huuumm how can that be??? Everytime somebody has had a few beers and get in an accident it's blaimed on the alcohol.. Whos fault is it when the person has had nothing to drink????

I agree many people do not know how to properly operate a boat. My work allows me to go out on the weekdays and I rarely go out on a holiday weekend due to the number of people drunk or not. There should be more requirements before people get behind the wheel of a boat. All my bumps and scratches on my boat are caused by other boaters at the docks and ramps.
