Pennsylvania lost 2 wonderful assets to our society, these two men lived their lives to help others without a selfish thought. May family and friends find peace in knowing that. Their contributions to Pennsylvania will surely be missed.

John Sowers was a very kind and generous man. He actually worked for the Department of Defense, at BAE systems. The first time I met him, many years ago, he was playing Santa Claus at the Christmas Party. He was always a good sport. We will miss him very much.

Just wanted to let the family know that we did not ever know your family but want to let you know that we are very sorry to hear this. It wil be a very tough few months ahead but time does heal. Life is not fun sometimes but hold on to those memories. Smile on them. Laugh on the good times. Cry for your loss. Remember we are all human. We mourn with you. We will have you in our prayers. It is very hard to understand this right now but God has a plan. With Love from Dallastown.

What a tragic accident that happened to these 2 men. I didn't know John, but Steve would of gave you the shirt off his back. He loved the outdoors, and he loved the game of bowling. Prayers go out to both families..

God Bless

Stephen Sowers was a true gentleman. He gave of his time and his love to all who knew him. He such an asset to Beach Harbor.. He loved to come to the beach to fish and crab. When any one needed anything, he was right there.. It won't be the same without him. Prayers and hugs to his family who he loved dearly.. Loved his 'grandkid' stories.
