Signs may help in some cases, but after reading article, this is a person who has no respect for others and their well-being. Even if he was drunk, he should have helped. Wishing a speedy recovery to the family members who were hurt.

there is two sides to every story and then the truth.i am told the the boat was fishing in that cove with no lights on which is as crazy.fox 8 like usual tells a story that embellish the story.the driver should have stopped though.

I agree about 2 sides to every story. A terrible ordeal for this family. We live at the lake and take an occasional sunset cruise. We ALWAYS come across night time boaters without the required lighting. In addition, there are always boaters going rather fast in the dark...ignorance in my opinion. Never know if you'll run up on one of these unlit boats, or if they'll run over you speeding. Sheriff's department take note!!!!

The boat that was hit had no lights on their boat. The driver of the other boat that hit them stayed until a others arrived to pull the injured to safety. The injured family made threats of harming the driver of the Mustang in front of his young daughters. This is why then when help arrived he left to talk to the police.
The ones that need to go to jail are the ones making alligations and making false reports. |

I'm praying for everyone involved Sunday night, those in each boat and the bystanders. I think everyone should do the same.
I can confidently say that Fox8 did publish a one-sided report which included false information. Thankfully, this incident is being handled by professionals and not by incredibly quick-to-judge members of society. |

Well said. I agree.

I hope the guilty party of this tragic incident got caught. That family needed justice for what they're went through. Fractures can be a very hard thing to recover from, especially when it happens to others you care about and someone can get away with this sort of crime and not pay for it. http://www.fosamaxclassaction.us/femur-fractu...
