LCSO GOON SQUAD wrote:
These goons are a joke:
- DA doesn't charge the real killer. The DA should be disbarred and pay for all defense costs + punitive damages for defendant's loss of his job
- real killer doesn't have a clue about boating laws and he doesn't care even if he does think he knows them
- real killer is a law enforcement officer and doesn't remember there is audit trail on a system he wasn't supposed to access?
- Real killer's recollection of timeline doesn't match witnesses testimony
- LCSO has no real security over crime scene boats. All evidence is now tainted
- LCSO leaves real killer with independent and sole access to blood tests
- LCSO admits breath testers not calibrated yet they proudly accept an award from MADD for arresting people with DUI's based on uncalibrated equipment? Wiil the county be able to pay for subsequent law suits for their incompetence?
- LCSO marine investigator forgets to log who had visited the boats
- In all, LCSO has totally lost the chain of custody in evidence and access to records by interested insider parties like the real killer
- LCSO deputy admits that he thinks the real killer's speed was too high and didn't want to be involved (a witness for the DA LOL???)
- DA blusters wanting to further waste taxpayer funds by re-investigating at 11th hour, a report by the defense expert (a PHD no less, in this field) on a matter DA should have dealt with 2 years ago
- After the judge requests minimal public announcements, DA brilliantly publishes an open letter of his conclusions prior to finishing jury selection and prior to hearing the evidence. The judge tells him that was not a good idea. No **** Batman. The DA should be disbarred.
- Juror seen talking to DA's friend and DA and judge doesn't replace the juror? The DA should be disbarred and juror replaced. Judge sees no issue. Riiight. Judge shouldn't take a chance when the defendant's rights and freedoms. Judge should go back to retirement.
- DA objects to so many questions related to the real killer's conduct that any normal person would realizes he's not willing to get at the truth, and is only willing to charge the wrong person for killing Lynn Thompson. Judge sustains too many of the DA's pitiful objections at finding the truth.
Is this kind of justice that many Americans have fought and died for? This is a disgrace and should anger all the people of the county. it certainly has angered the rest of the watching world.
if this wasn't so tragic in killing an innocent woman, and ruining families it is nothing but a comedy of errors.
Is this the kind of justice and due process that is right and honorable for killing an innocent person by a callous, reckless Law enforcement officer, too dishonorable to admit his responsibility?
Come on people of Clear Lake, it's time to clean house of these pathetic goons. The only economical thing they have done in 3 years, is be economical with the truth.
Not to mention Russ Perdock covering for child porn in the ranks and starting a campaign to destroy anyone who reported the involvement.
The plot sickens. They are out to kill women and children too. It's not just speeding boats any more...

Russell Perdock wrote a timeline for the day of the crash and gave it to investigators. You can read it here. Perdock claims his son's birthday party started at 5:15pm, and that it lasted an hour and fifteen minutes. Donna Perdock says, "No way can you have a party for seven kids, and wrap it up that quickly." Donna Perdock says she has proof it actually started at 3pm -- she keeps a journal and others who attended the party will confirm the time. Donna Perdock says she arrived at the pizza parlor to decorate at 2pm, and that Russell Perdock arrived at 3pm when the party started. Why is this important? In shifting that time, Russell Perdock begins accounting for the hours between six and nine o'clock when witnesses report seeing him at Konocti Harbor's outdoor bar. Perdock continues to insist he "never set foot" on Konocti's docks that night. As we reported, at least five people have come forward with information about Perdock at Konocti that night -- one man even says he raced Perdock in his boat.
Donna Perdock says her ex-husband is "trying to make himself look like he's the greatest dad in the world." From Russell Perdock's timeline: "7:00 AM - Fixed my son breakfast, instant oatmeal with toast and juice." Donna Perdock says Russell "never made breakfast in his life", that it was a special day for her and her son. She woke up early to cook a birthday breakfast -- his favorite, a homemade Egg McMuffin.
And she says she went out to confront Perdock in the driveway at six that evening (when Russell Perdock claims he was still at the birthday party), while he cleaned his boat. He told her he was taking it out for a ride, and Donna Perdock complained because her son was continuing his birthday party at home: "I have four boys here. Please don't do this."
Donna Perdock says there is another inaccuracy in Russell Perdock's timeline. He writes, "7:00 PM - Got the boys out of the truck and their stuff in the house. I uncover the boat to clean it for a morning ride. 8:00 PM - Take boat to cove to launch it and tie up at the docks." Donna Perdock says her ex-husband would never do that; he would never leave his boat in the water for more than a few hours because he was so concerned about algae. Also, Donna Perdock told us in a past report that her ex-husband left in his boat around 6 or 6:30.

Thornton family members are going to get their ounce of flesh from someone, and they don't care if innocent folks are left bleeding in their wake.
Perdock's career is over, and his life has been turned upsidedown as the result of an ACCIDENT.
Speeding or not, it was an ACCIDENT. No premeditation, no intent.
It is time that Lake County folks stand up and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Poor Perdock. Maybe we should set out some collection jars. What do you mean "speeding or not?" If perdock had not been speeding "Maybe" it could have been seen as a accident and maybe his actions would not have killed someone. And if Perdock would have owned up to his part of the "Accident" maybe his career could have been saved and his life would not have been turned up side down. If Perdock is suffering at all it is from his own doing.
