usually I'd jump in and help a person who is drowning, but in your case I'll make an exception. I will shout some encouragement though, keep splashing until you're so exhausted you finally sink. One witness, five witness, ten witness' concert, no concert, whatever. Your coward is going down, and now there is very little you or your gang of scoudrels can do about it. The world is now watching. I told you weeks ago of this, you blew me off. Now everyone see's I didn't make this up. Why would I? I don't know either of these people. BTW, what happened to the boyscout story??! That one folded up like a sail boat being rammed by a drunk in a speed boat. Got any more? lets see, uh, Pizza Parlor? no, lets see, uh, here we are, cleaning boat all day, damn, none of these seem to be working. Let's start over. Let's start with Russell Perjury coming forward and admiting to his dreadful mistake. Great legal strategy by the way, deny, deny deny. Everybody except Perdo is a liar. Lets end this Hoppy. Drop these ludicrous charges or charge them both. Send Dinius home, before Lake County's already stressed budget gets the dung sued out of it.
Good job!

Perdock's ex-wife was in the courtroom today, and was adamant he left home no later than 6:30 pm.

"Russell Perjury" - love it.

Dinius big mistake was not to hire lawyer from local crowd to play ball and get case dismissed. Dumb.
Ever tried to hire a lawyer in Lake County?

Mr. Dinius lives in Carmichael. No reason to hire a Lake Co. attorney, even if he could find one.

After this, are there any remaining supporters of Perdock, who have an IQ above 70?

SUSAN:
Thank You for sharing since I was unable to attend the hearing.
After watching the video and hearing the comments, it only serves to prove the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing within our county judical system..
I let my 10 yr old Grandson read the article, his comment was they were both wrong. Then I let him watch the video and his comment was, now I understand why people get screwed around here. Hmmm. common sense of a 10 yr old vs. IQ's of any supporters of Perdocks. Once again Thanks!

Thank you for that post; I missed it on the news. Also, in response to your final question, I believe the answer is "nope".

I just watched the Chanel 7 News Clip for tonight... Im so embarrassed for our County. I hope the rest of the world doesn't think that everyone in Lake Co. is as ignorant & deceitful as the Prosecutors in this case appeared to be! But I am thrilled that the Good Ol Boys Club aka LCSO has been exposed. Its about time!! But at what a price.. Lyn's Death and Dinius's Life turned upside down. I hope Dinius sues the hell out of Lake County... But what will make me happy is when we get the Spring Cleaning done... out with Mitchell, Hopkins, and the rest of them. Time to take the trash out. And Im sorry WOW.... I told you it was time to jump ship.....

Doesn't matter where he consumed it, at least he is not denying his consumption unlike Perdock.

I'm with you ONCE UPON A TIME..........
Lived here since 1975 when Clearlake only had 3 cops...yep. Seen it all! Raised my kids, taught them right from wrong and now they are raising my grandkids and dont know what to tell them...we live within a corrupt system and all of its flaws and it is high time to clean house...not only embrassing but shameful...no more bragging about how nice Lake County is come and check it out! Great place to grow up and raise a family....morals, values ect...not in this county, not so long as we have corrupt officals all the down the line from Judges to Law Enforcement...sickening!

The glaring omission of the 9-1-1 tapes speaks volumes.

Any department with integrity would place them into evidence, under lock and key if there was nothing to hide.

To have them 'misplaced' says a lot.

Somebody with hash marks and stars on their uniform had to either take the tapes, or order them to become 'lost'.

Makes me sick.

Speed kills especially when you drive blind.

In my opinion, yes.(unfortunately)

As previously mentioned, this sickens me. How sad it is someone within the "system" made an immoral and illegal decision to hide/destroy evidence.

With a case of this importance, involving a high ranking officer, and the death of an innocent person, the 9-1-1 tapes could either sink or save the officer involved.

To have the tapes mysteriously 'disappear'? Next to impossible, unless the evidence room burned to the ground.

Twisted sense of "honor". Disgusting.

Repeat 2x,

Consider this:

Who would have the authority (over and above the officer driving the powerboat which rear-ended the sailboat) to walk into County Communications (dispatch); and confiscate or seize the 9-1-1 tapes covering the incident in question?

If Mr. Perdock is second in command at the department, who ranks above him in the County hierarchy?

Might be something for the prosecution to consider, or perhaps Dan Noyes and his I-Team.

"done on purpose?" - Indeed.

I stood outside that court house for five years. To protest the dishonesty of this local government. The arrogance from those to take a oath, take our money and take away our constitution. Justice needs to take off the blindfold, take a good look at the tyrants.

Were in the same direction and the one and only Mitchell has the authority to remove tapes from the sheriffs dept.

I believe you are correct. Even if you subpoena the tapes from the LCSO, they give you a videotaped or audio copy on CD, and it takes at least 10 days to get the information. They don't loan out or remove the tapes from their office. Thus, there would be no reason for them to disappear, unless on purpose.

You can find the explanation for the "missing" tapes at the L C N site. I know it's not as sexy as the conspiracy theory, but it does answer your questions.
