It would be a terrible shame if Mission were to destroy the habitat of the Endangered Oregon forest snail for a shopping mall. Protection of Endangered species habitat is a sacred trust of all communities. The argument that if one project is allowed to destroy their habitat all others should be allowed to, guarantees the eventual extinction of this, and many other endangered species.
