Gosh another day with nothing on the TV, Radio, or in the newspapers about gang activity or violet crime in the area. I wonder what is going on.

Prove it, LIAR. Fact is, you can't. Take your denials and cram 'em up your crack. Loser.
Prove it wasn't Sofa Boy. You can't because nothing happened.

Remember the burden of proof is on the accuser, that is you. Prove your claims.

The hiker who was set on fire was leaving the Blue and Gray Bar in Gettysburg when the attempted murder happened. It was likely gangsters that stalked him in and outside of the Blue and Gray Bar.
You sold him drugs then got scared when he accidentally lit himself up because of it. You were the only eyewitness. Loser standing up for loser, pitiful.

You can't read, who types for you?
This response is so pitiful that I almost (not) feel sorry for you. You are a drug dealer and it was because of you that a man was burned. I hope the guilt eats you alive.

Everyone wishes that you got burned instead. I would still be laughing at that one!
Go take a cyanide capsule, you worthless excuse for a person.
Your threats are as meaningless as your compassion for that poor sap you lit up.

I wonder how the poor man who was SET ON FIRE IN GETTYSBURG is doing. The gang members stalked him down and immolated him, Gettysburg is a dangerous place. Too bad, it used to be a decent place.

If only the violent felonious immolation could have occurred during Hurricane Sandy, the poor man might never have caught fire.

Gettysburg is a sick sick town full of violent predatory street gangs.

How very true. Also, if it rained torrentially every day, maybe that would be enough to wash the streets clean of the gangs.

We all know that is not going to happen. So Gettysburg will remain a gang-infested cesspool. Too bad, I really like the place. Just not some of the locals.

Probably something along the lines of "Can you believe the Gettysburg Gang Discussions on Topix? I am so mad that I have NO control over the things that go on there"

It's almost unfathomable how much dangerous violent crime goes on in Gettysburg. I am still shaking my head over this incident where this poor man was stalked down and set on fire like an animal.

Have the perpetrators been identified and/or arrested?

Aren't there cameras in Gettysburg? Can the municipal police handle this investigation?

Why has nothing been done? The gang members who did this are still on the loose, Gettysburg is a sick dangerous town.

Well, for a change there is an interesting question on the Gettysburg forum.

I have not read of anything being done nor progress being made regarding this horrific crime.

It seems odd to me that people can get away with this type of thing these days. Why hasn't the FBI or ATF been called in to assist?

Maybe they have and we haven't heard about it? I hope the man is recovering and in good spirits.

The locals don't want any discussion of the gangs and violent crime.

They want things to be the way they were 50 years ago in Gettysburg.

News Flash: They aren't and never will be again.

Gettysburg is a sick sick town full of violent street gangs. Just an awful place. I actually hope more violent crime occurs over the holidays. that'll teach the locals.

Has there been any progress bringing the violent gang of felons who stalked down this poor unlucky man and set him on fire?

We have heard nothing from the police, I wonder if it's because the gang made their threats and destroyed evidence and bribed officials.

Incidents like this prove that Gettysburg is a sick gang infested cesspool.

If not, why not?
There were no eyewitnesses to the event, only the recall of the victim. If it indeed happened as the victim reported I doubt he took the time to ask their criminal history.

No one has been caught because the real story is not how the "victim" told it. Hard to conduct an investigation without any real facts to go on.

No evidence to prove it was "self inflicted" and that is a tough thing to accuse someone of. Conversely hard to prove otehr people quilty if they don't really exist. Go get your CSI degree if you think you can do better.

Everyone knows you are full of poop. You are mad that you rinkydink little cesspool of a town looks bad. Oh wel, it's not our fault you picked a sewer in which to reside. If you don't like it, move. I suggest Pottsville, at least they don't have a street gang problem there like Gettysburg does.
Actually, it appears that you are the one full of poop. Where's Frank and Ernest?

So why hasn't the hiker who was set on fire been charged with making false reports to law enforcement? Are the Gettysbug Police really this hapless? Why hasn't this case moved forward?
Just another case of the Keystone cops of Gettysburg bumbling a case.
