Are you serious?
Sounds like they're gonna have to move east to burnaby or surrey, just like everyone else with low incomes.
They better sack up and pay their reasonable utility costs or move. If they continue to cry foul and attempt to have it taken care of through tax dollars, I for one will do whatever I can to see this stops sooner rather than later.
Ill pay those costs for a waterfront condo
