What!! I say string people like that up by their balls. No matter what color. White people lose sleep over criminals that shot cops, rape, rob, gangbang, etc etc. Sorry. And we definitely don't riot over criminal trash like Oscar Grant.

Exactly, I have never seen whites rally behind any white cop killer or make excuses for the actions of a cop killer. I have never seen whites tear up their neighborhoods or business because of some court verdict either.
Lets say the roles were reversed in this case. Mixon was white and the officers black. Do you really think whites would be coming to the defense of a white cop killing Mixon? Blacks would be using it as an example of white crime and how their fine black officers were murdered by a white.
The constant self- pity is obnoxious. It was not slavery, poverty, or society that produced Mixon it was his family and his own thug attitude. Plenty of people black, white, and brown grow-up in poverty but they do not commit armed robberies, rape and murder.
You really have to ask yourself what kind of people could defend Mixon and his actions?
Agreed. What escapes those people who defend him is that if he was willing to murder Officers, in cold blood, he held no one's life in regard. And as you said, per his list of "accomplishments"... was the rape of s 12yo child and in addition to other things. Civilized people do not conduct themselves in such a manner nor defend it, and no one is safe with that type of person in their midst. Especially with a warrant pending for his arrest. What equally escapes those who support his sort is that he has done a great disservice to them. Decent people of any race/economic conditions do not support people like that or even wish to be associated w/them on any level, whatsoever. Right minded people, who have respect for themselves and other's, distance themselves from Mixon's sort. Not take up their cause and blame, on any level, those who violently lost their lives.

Communities mourn the loss of one of it's Officers regardless of their race and yet, it seems that some people, devoid of any common sense/common decency, view it as a matter of race and be it damned if you do, damned if you don't, if it doesn't fall in line with what you stated re self-pity, etc.

What's funny is that had Mixon killed an innocent person or had raped another child... those who take up his cause would no doubt be screaming bloody murder as to why the Police had not done more to apprehend him when they had the facts of the matter. They would be pointing their fingers and saying that the Police just didn't care and due to their race.

I feel compassion for those who are right minded and certainly must shake their heads when they have to suffer by being held "guilty by association" w/that lot and who holds the torch for Mixon and other's of his kind as some kind of "hero".

This is yet another example for the morons who believe that creating laws(which is just ink on paper in a courthouse)can actually disarm criminals.
In CA this AK was "banned",just like cocaine is banned or marijuana.
Would the gun control freaks please get a clue?

Bullcrap!!. There were plenty of whites protesting in the Anthony's front yard asking why she was not in jail yet.

She is guilty as hell and in my opinion the trial is only a formality. There is no question that she did it she is guilty and I don't not care if she is white, brown, or purple. She should take the express line to the electric chair.

This is the difference. If Mixon had lived you would see even more morons coming to his defense and wasting the courts time and tax payers money for his in-defensible actions.

Mixon was an armed robber, parole violator, murderer and now a suspected rapist. I sincerely hope that all the doucebags here defending him or making excuses either get robbed or raped by another animal just like him.

The White Pedophile analogy has its sole purpose to show that using RACE as a way to determine character or behavior is wrong, that is all. It is not an excuse for this crime, it is a wake up call for people who are stuck on using RACE as way to determine behavior, rather than personal accountability.

You mean to tell me that “GUN – CONTROL” laws did not keep a felon from getting the dreaded “assault rifle” in California?

This is utterly shocking that criminals do not comply with gun laws to begin with!

I can explain this, after he let the first to have it, the OPD decided that they were going to kill him for killing two cops. They rushed head first and full of emotion into a small ass room with a crazy dude holding a BIG gun with a lotta bullets. Now people are going to tell me im crazy and I'm a racist and all that, but ask yourself this. SInce when does ANY police department in the United States rush a hole-up barricade and possible hostage situation with a SWAT team, less than 2 hours after he got INTO the building. The answer, none of them, they wanted him dead before the news cameras could get there.....
See that is what I kinda assumed that it was in retaliation for the cop killings. But like I said I did not get the full facts about what the warrant was for and the ammunition he had on him.
At best it was a very reckless and dangerous and in the end a very tragic event. My heart goes out to all the families involved in this tragedy.

They wanted revenge making them what they hate - killers, criminals. Simply, more than likely, since we were not on the scene - "they wanted him dead before the news cameras could get there" so they displayed their truest mentality - motivation of punishing, not protecting.

Yeah, yeah, get mad byt the truth is that we will never know what exactly took place before the shooting.
He was a violent felon armed with an illegal assault rifle. What the cops did matters zilch because....hello...the suspect was a violent armed felon. The thing liberal idiots don't seem to understand that banning weapons does nothing. The same porous border that illegals and drugs flow through...any kind of weapons are flowing through too. I am almost certain that the weapon in question is an AK47 because are the most common assault rifles found on the streets.

Then don't call for assistance the next time you need it.

Now justify Mixon's actions some more in that's what you do best. By all means, don't give the Officers the benefit of the doubt without knowing all the facts of the matter. You clearly haven't a clue but are willing to level such a statement. Oh wait, that's right you know all about procedure/apprehending a person of that sort and under those circumstances.

You lack even one iota of shame to make such a statement.

Perhaps you may wish to have a little respect for the Officers who were murdered in cold blood to serve the communties where miscreants such as yourself make their job extremely difficult due to statements such as you/other's have made and who were not at the scene.

Try to make sense in your next post. That was embarrassing.
The mentality that killing "pigs" is okay because of a few incidents where innocent black males have been killed or mistreated is ridiculously backwards. The LEOs are not responsible for even 1% of the homicides in Oakland but guess who is? Let these communities police themselves.

"On October 29, 2008, newlywed 20-year-old and father Julian Alexander was shot and killed by police after he stepped outside his home to confront suspected burglars. The police called it a case of mistaken identity, as they assumed Alexander was one of the burglars they were chasing. In Los Angeles, for just the year 2008, there were at least 27 killings perpetrated by police officers that fit a similar bill. Most of them were unarmed and many were shot in the back.
On March 16, it was determined by an independent panel that the Orange County police officer who shot and killed Julian Alexander would not be subject to administrative or criminal discipline. The officer, who has never been publicly named, was put back on his beat in December and will continue on it.
In California and in other states from Colorado to New York and New Jersey to Texas, the number of inner city residents – almost exclusively young, black and Latino men – abused, harassed and murdered by police officers has been steadily rising."

He had an AK-47. Which holds 7.62 caliber rounds, and a 30 round magazine, he also had some sort of handgun. At close range 7.62 WILL go through ANY body armor. I am former military and the 'terrorists' and insurgents were using the same weapon. It was reported yesterday that he was wanted in connection with a rape in Feb, and he was running from his parole officer.
