Vallejo man shot dead in East Oakland

A Vallejo man was shot to death in East Oakland on Tuesday night, police said. The victim was identified as Earnest Prescott, a 32-year-old Vallejo man.

Why do the cops have to offer a $10,000 reward on this case ? Get out there and do your job yourself, cops !
Let's see...It was a drug deal gone bad. The shooter was either a young Black or Hispanic male, approximately 18-30 years of age, unemployed, still living at home with momma, wearing a hoodie, with priors.
There, can I have the $10K now ?

The stimulus package ought to include money to hire teams of aggressive bounty hunters to regain control over places like Oakland, Richmond, and Solano County. The goal not being to neccessarily capture the criminals, but....I don't know.
