If the starting salary is as published then they are perhaps a bit underpaid, but you have to wonder whether now is a good time to be looking for pay rises...

As a thought..anyone know how many hours a fireman works? Or how the pay system works??

Im not argueing pay rates or weather they are under paid or not, but people who work in essential services should not have the right to strike or go slow or stopwork.
