Wow, you're an imbecile. Even though there was a bank error, account owners have a responsibility to report mistakes and basically not to wrecklessly spend money they know isn't theirs. If they pull a stupid stunt like this one, they WILL be caught and prosecuted.

What value system to do follow that says people are perfect and if they make a mistake and give you something that is not yours, it is not considered stealing and you may keep it?

something like this happen to last year. the bank make a mistake and gave me 900 over when I knew that the bank made a mistake the next day I took the money bac, because I knew that it was the right thing to do. I was not going to loose my job for a few penny,s more. THEY KNEW THAT THE MONEY DID NOT BELONG TO THAM THEY SHOULD HAD RETURN THE MONEY RIGHT AWAY.
