Yes one of them had Tuatua from Papamoa beach on the 16th December 2012. The council needs to put signs up telling everyone not to eat the shellfish from there.

And yes they are all part Maori. No white man would be dumb enough to take shellfish from those beaches after health warnings issued in august.
