Well Jack, maybe not ALL of it, he can always put some of it to good use,by applying it to his many ailments, even if he is not playing hockey, we all know how accident prone his egotistical ass is, you know the "boy wonder" lol

Charles Wank actually likes a lockout Rich. He says he loses less money than if the team was playing. What a sad pathetic POS he is!

If there is a strike/lockout it would certainly kill the expo game at the Barclay center, probably losing Charley the chink choo choo, some money, at least I hope so, even though it wouldn't hurt him in his pockets as much as I would like.

The worst result of a strike by the player is having to listen to Gary Bettman all the time. For some reason I feel like I need to take a shower after seeing / listening to him.

As someone else posted about a year ago, Bettman looks like the "Count" from Sesame Street.lol

Your right about having to see/hear him with his sanctimonious BS, and how much Charles Wang is a dedicated owner who cares, I almost threw an object through my TV when I heard that.

Great Clip! Take notice that after that fight they both go to the same penalty box together and sit right next to each other. LoL!!
Hockey has come a long way. Ha!
Imagine that today with guys like Big Mac and Carkner sitting next to each other after a Fight.

Great video

Better yet, If you ever watched the game between The Isles and the Penguins in 2011 re: the brawl, can you imagine if Gillies, and one of the Penguins were sent to the same box? lol

Jack, I read that article in the NY Post, but imo Wang would never sell the Islanders to LaFontaine, or anyone affilated with him, unless he could bilk them for every nickel, so the story is most likely moot, but at this juncture I guess we can dream as we really have nothing else to look forward to with this team, with, or without the lockout.

The only thing is is that Wang is at the end of his rope as far as any arena deal goes. Nobody likes Wank and he's failed at every turn. Brooklyn isn't an option for him simply because he would be a tenant. We all know that Wank is a nut and has to control everything and everyone and being a tenant doesn't allow him to be in control or make the money he wants to make. In todays NHL if you don't own the building or at least get all the revenue from it you're not going to make any money. Selling the team might be his only option at some point. I also think that if a likable buyer with realistic plans for a multi use project came in a deal would get done. Everyone is tired of Wang and his my way or nothing additude. We see how well that has worked in the hockey dept.
