Welcome, suckers, to the "All-Wet Estates", a housing community for people who believe that FEMA will take care of all your bills.

It worked in New Orleans. Houses were actually below sea level BEFORE the storm, but it was Bush's fault that he didn't turn, or at least slow down the storm.

So get your FEMA coupons. Good in Atlantic City and Indian casinos everywhere.

anybody who knows about FEMA knows they will assist you, not pay all your bills.
chuck schumer and gov cuomo should be held to a more ethical standard when dealing with the insurance companies.
this was a "hurricane" a/k/a HURRICANE SANDY.
now for insurance purposes, and a bigger payout, they want to say it was a tropical storm. really.
shame on them.
leave it to chuck to go the jewish lightening way.

people smart enough to have the proper insurance, good for them.
those who didn't, lesson learned.
and for god's sake, no more re-building by the water...

A. After Katrina, we were told FEMA was responsible for EVERYTHING, including evacuation of everyone.

B. After Katrina, they pretty much paid EVERY bill, no questions asked. FEMA scrip was showing up in Atlantic City casinos.

C. How will DC say to Cuomo, "Tough!! You live on an ocean and hurricanes happen"??

You missed your chance yesterday to tell that to a screaming mob of Staten Island homeowners who are getting SQUAT from FEMA, and told the politicians to their faces.

Come on over and tell them how misinformed they are.

What does "assist" mean? How do you rebuild with sympathy?

for people who had no insurance to start with, why should they expect anything?
people with flood insurance already received checks from FEMA to help with the cost of repairs.
people with no flood insurance, did not. pretty easy to figure out.
next time, make sure your proper insured...nobody gets nothing for free.

Sandy "victims" built their homes in locations that are KNOWN to be in the path of periodic destructive storms. In addition, many of those "victims" wholeheartedly support Big Government's unconscionable war against decent worker ("middle") class women and men whose only politically correct "crime" is to enjoy an occasional tobacco product.

Most payers of Government controlled flood and property insurance are NON-tobacco users. Why should these overtaxed non-tobacco smokers pay into insurance pools that pay out their hard earned money to "victims" who KNOWINGLY build houses and businesses in areas KNOWN to be in the path of destructive storms?

Relocate to Long Beach,California, where wackos, yahoos and Hippies build their homes in locations that are well known to be in the path of destructive earthquakes and whose only politically correct "crime" is to enjoy an occasional tobacco product" "medicinal Marijuana" as prescribed by their local drug dealer and while under the influence of this medication, are apt to post nonsense and gibberish not supported by facts....

Simply put....anyone living within ten miles of the coast of the Atlantic and Gulf, need to be responsible enough to maintain proper insurance, in case of the inevitable natural disaster situations, and should not depend solely on the government for anything, other than temporary emergency aid.....

It's not about politicians....people don't need politicians to police their lives, if they would just be knowledable and take responsibility for themslves and their lives...just common sense, an almost dead concept....
