They can't prove the case because they don't have a case. One of their own guys confirmed the gun talk. I guess he didn't take nay cash from the Action Network to make up a story. 111 murders in the first 3 months in the city this year already. No protests! It has been proven that Sean Bell could not have spoken these words since his vocal cords were severed by a bullet. This particular piece of testimony was a bunch of baloney - lies in court spoken by a convicted thug with a history of drug and gun charges.
