It's not too bad here, we had a few 60 degree days.
As for that scam artist, there hasn't been anything reported about her recently.
I agree, she needs to be punished for scamming people out of money.

Alabama is a contender for Number 50!!

Alabama State Sen. Jerry Fielding (R) announced Monday that he will introduce a resolution honoring "Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson, who was suspended from the A&E reality television show after making controversial anti-gay comments in an interview with GQ magazine, the Daily Home reported.

"Phil Robertson's family values are shared by the vast majority of Alabamians, who are rightfully concerned by the vitriol aimed at his Christian stance," Fielding said in a statement. "There's a clear double standard in the media favoring a liberal worldview. When it's used to silence and punish Christians for stating their beliefs, that's when we must defend the rights of individuals to exercise their free speech without fear of politically-motivated repercussion. I join thousands across Alabama and our country by standing with Phil Robertson, and urge A&E to reverse their action against him."

The senator will introduce the resolution on Jan. 14 when the state Senate convenes for the next session.

In the resolution, Fielding lauds Robertson and his family as "ambassadors of the love and grace of the Heavenly Father through their exemplary lives on and off the camera."

There are two for the 50th and final spot.

At #50;
Brooklyn Assemblyman, Dov Hikind and State Senator, Jeffrey Klein, both Democrats who want to cut funds to colleges that has ties with the American Studies Association simply because they share different viewpoints of Israel.
The ASA called for a boycott of Israel that sparked whining from Hikind and Klein to propose legislation giving New York's colleges 30 days to end any associations with academic groups that boycott Israel or face the loss of funding and bonding privileges.

So these two want to impede on the First Amendment right of free speech, freedom of association and academic freedom of others because they disagree with them?

Hikind has a very short memory, he recently dressed in blackface during Halloween and saw nothing wrong or offensive with what he did.
His supporters said he exercised his 1st Amendment rights.
Now he wants to deny others their right to free speech.
Hikind is a hypocrite and so is Klein.

Coming in at #1 for 2014: Bob Grant, former talk radio host who is:

DEAD, DEAD, DEAD.

HIP HIP HOORAY.

The so called "conservative" talk show host who in 1996, rejoiced in the death of DNC Chairman Ron Brown who died in a plane crash.
Made despicable, divisive and polarizing remarks about MLK; referred to minorities as savages; called former NYC mayor David Dinkins a "men's room attendant" and a host of other racist and hateful remarks he made over the years that finally cost him his job at WABC.
Enjoy your fire dance in hell Bob; it's where you belong.

Coming in at #2 is the fat meatball eating dope,Chris Christie
Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey issued repeated apologies Thursday for the abuse of office that now threatens to undermine his political future. Though he sounded remorseful — and clearly sorry that this scandal might sink his ambitions for national office — he blamed his staff for making him a victim. Unbeknown to him, he said, they shut down lanes to the George Washington Bridge to create a four-day traffic jam to punish a local mayor who failed to endorse him in last year’s election.

Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey, appearing contrite, held a nearly two-hour news conference in Trenton on Thursday.
‘Very Sad’ Chris Christie Extends Apology in Bridge ScandalJAN. 9, 2014
He said he fired his “stupid” and “deceitful” deputy chief of staff, Bridget Anne Kelly,“because she lied to me” about the gridlock scheme. Mr. Christie has also asked a Republican operative and former campaign adviser, Bill Stepien, to withdraw as a candidate to take over the state Republican Party. He, too, was on the email chain. Two of Mr. Christie’s appointees to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, David Wildstein and Bill Baroni, resigned in December as news of the traffic vendetta became public.
Through his 108-minute news conference, Mr. Christie insisted over and over that he knew absolutely nothing about this illegal scheme. He was “blindsided” with the news on Wednesday morning, he said. That was the first time he said he saw emails showing how his aides gleefully plotted to shut down traffic lanes to punish Mayor Mark Sokolich of Fort Lee, N.J. For that reason, he said he is “embarrassed and humiliated.” This version of reality simply does not add up.
It’s good news that the United States attorney for New Jersey, Paul Fishman, has opened an inquiry into the matter and can make certain that all parties testify under oath. While the State Assembly has done a good job of investigating the Fort Lee scandal, it is important that the case be examined by a prosecutor’s office.
There are plenty of questions that Mr. Christie and his aides, current and former, need to answer.
First, is it plausible that officials as high up as Ms. Kelly and Mr. Christie’s top appointees at the Port Authority, which controls the bridge, would decide to seek revenge and create this traffic chaos on their own?
Did Mr. Christie know in December, when Mr. Baroni and Mr. Wildstein resigned, that these two members of his inner circle had taken part in the scheme? Did he ever ask them what happened?
The email documents released on Wednesday were heavily redacted. Why? And when will the full emails be made public?

Why did Mr. Christie insist that the traffic snarl was connected to a “traffic study,” even after Port Authority officials denied there was any such study? Did he try to get the Port Authority to stop its own internal investigation of the problem?
As governor for the last four years, Mr. Christie has earned a reputation for running a very tight operation and is known as a top-down, hands-on leader. If he cannot control his top aides, can he be trusted to manage the entire state?

#5 The lying fat boy Christie

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie knew of politically motivated George Washington Bridge lane closings as they were happening, says a lawyer for the former port authority official blamed for the politically motivated incident.

A letter from David Wildstein's attorney says "evidence exists as well tying Mr. Christie to having knowledge of the lane closures, during the period when the lanes were closed, contrary to what the Governor stated publicly in a two-hour press conference he gave immediately before Mr. Wildstein was scheduled to appear before the Transportation Committee."

"Mr. Wildstein contests the accuracy of various statements that the governor made about him and he can prove the inaccuracy of some," the letter also reads.

The letter, from attorney Alan Zegas and addressed to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, seeks a reconsideration of the authority's decision to not pay Wildstein's legal fees. The letter was first reported by the New York Times.

A spokesman for the governor said a statement would be released shortly.

Zegas letter sent shock waves through New Jersey's political community, with one veteran pundit saying the revelation was a "bombshell."

Haha, and of course Bill O'Reilly ignored it, even though he said he believes Christie knew nothing.

"Most of us who have watched this governor over the past several weeks anticipated this, given his demeanor has been rather un-Christie-like," said Brigid Callahan Harrison, a political science professor at Montclair State University.

Wildstein has been central in the probe into the lane closings, which occurred in September and snarled traffic in Fort Lee for hours over a period of four days. The closings led some Democrats to say the incident was meant as political retribution because the Fort Lee mayor declined to endorse Christie's re-election bid.

Originally, Wildstein, Christie and others claimed the closings were the result of a traffic study, but emails released earlier this month showed the closings were discussed between Wildstein and Christie Deputy Chief of Staff Bridget Anne Kelly in August.

Christie said he fired Kelly and cut ties to Bill Stepien, who ran his 2009 and 2013 campaigns, and insisted during an extraordinary Jan. 9 news conference that he was "blindsided" by the content of the e-mails.

This week's award for hate goes to :

Brothers Carl Hopkins, Jr., 61 and Garrick Hopkins, 69, were both murdered by Rodney Bruce Black, while unarmed and inspecting a building on their own property. There are many critical keys to this case not just that Rodney Bruce Black is White, and the two men murdered were Black.

The Hopkins brothers were inspecting a building on a piece of land purchased by Garrick Hopkins and his wife, when Black murdered the brothers with a rifle. The land the Hopkins brothers inspected once belonged to Black’s family, but at the time of the crime Black nor anyone in his family owned the land. Black is now charged with two-counts of first degree murder.

Rodney Bruce Black, 62, is using the defense that he believed the Hopkins brothers to be intruders and were breaking into a building on his property. Some neighbors have come forward to justify Black’s crime by stating that he is “just a confused man.”

“He used one gun,” Sheriff McComas told an area news outlet.“Yes, he owned numerous guns, but he only used one gun.” Sherriff McComas told the Daily News that area police believe the killing was not racially motivated, and that Black had no prior knowledge of the two men.“It’s just a terrible, terrible tragedy,” Sheriff McComas said.“We’re still trying to figure all of this out.… Hopefully we’ll find out his reasoning as the investigation continues.”

Not racially motivated, well just for the sake of discussion would Black have murdered two White men who were inspecting a building that held nothing of value on land not owned by him? The answer to that question should decide whether this crime is racially motivated, and whether Black racially profiled the brothers or not.
