This bastard is the scum of the earth. Tatoo his crime right across his face. Death penalty if he attempts to remove it. Another of Gods favorite people, an innocent child scarred for life.

I've known him for 15 yrs, there's no way he did this. Whether it was the child or the parents who fabricated this story, they have ruined his name, life and career beyond repair.

The sun of a beach should get the death penalty for saying those things about a person he doesnt know. He is a wonderful human being that would not hurt a fly. These allogations are crazy and not true and because of this child he has lost his career and I hope these parents get what they deserve when the truth gets out.

Any PROOF? Common decency should ensure that these kinds of stories do not become public because of anything more than an unsupported allegation, often made by an effed up nitwit.

I wish every time sleaseday wrote a trash piece like this, they would lose a dozen advertisers.

I thought in this country you were innocent until proven guilty. Sun of the Beach the facts have not come out yet so until they do you should not condemn the man to bear the scarlet letter of a crime he did not commit. The accused is not only a decent human being but a wonderful person who cares about his family, friends and the students he used to work with. His life will never be the same again and its a damn shame.

I feel very sorry for him - it's an awful shame when something like this happens. In my heart of hearts I really believe that there is no way he could have done anything like this. Unfortunately, in our school system, even a pat on the back can be misconstrued and used against you. It sounds like a mother trying to milk the DOE and this poor guy.

Don't be so quick to judge. I had a wonderful teacher who had accusations made against him by his daughter's friends (nothing overly serious/kissing breast touching); but then it was revealed later in court that they lied! All the facts came out.

Sadly, his career was already ruined and it was too late for him to go back.

I hope he sued the hell out of their families, as they were 17-old enough to know better.

Once again, let's slander someone before convicted. There's nothing to this story. We don't even know what he did. For all We know he was helping her tie her shoe and brushed against her leg. Great job Newsday.

Hey sleasday///do you READ these boards? Some decent people would prefer to let courts try these spurious cases rather than the press.

Hey Albany - how about a gag order on stories made up by psychochicks.

Sure, cops must act on a complaint, but why does the public have a 'right' to be told a lie?
