This doesn't help me at all. My credit cards increased my rates a lot recently even though I pay on time every month and right now I am mostly paying interest every month. One of them went up over 5%!!!!!!!!! Not fair!!!

The CC companies are now going to charge interest from the time of purchase and/or annual fees or even push the retailers costs to the buyer to make up the revenue.

Once again the purdent pay.

Can I also help with your mortgage ?

Obama the distributor.

Newsjunk is right, and the story writer conveniently "forgot" to include that litte gem.

So all of us who pay off our cards monthly now get slapped with a penalty to support the losers. Prudence is not only not rewarded, it is punished.

This is now SOP for this government that 65 million IDIOTS put in place because they wanted "change." Well, enjoy what little change you have left.

The unholy trinity, Barry Soetoro, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid, and their toadies in Congress continue their war on American achievement; you know, like paying your bills in full, on time.

Exactly, until this becomes effective which is 9 months after it is signed into law the credit card companies will continue to raise the rates on those of us who pay our bills on time... Once again the credit card companies win!! They are wasting no time in raising the rates of good customers so now they will just accelarate this practice until they are forbidden to do this by law..No it is Not FAIR,,,This should be effective now not a Year from now...

Wonderful way to honor those who died to protect your freedoms. You are probably one of the majority of people in this country who were calling for war 9/12/2001, but then quickly forgot why we went to war in the first place. Lets flashback for a miniute to the night of June 6th 1944 when over 9,000 Allies were killed or wounded in Normandy. Are you going to blame FDR, or Churchill for that stupid war as well, and think that our boys shouldn't have been there in the first place? As sad and horrible as it is, war is a something that will always be here no matter what, and we should all honor those that have answered the call of duty, and gave the ultimate sacrifice to us and our country and our way of life. They deserve more then what you are giving them.

GW is now RAMBO! He killed them all by himself. A$$wipe! What about the almighty HNIC destroying the middle class ALL BY HIMSELF?

Let's all celebrate Memorial weekend by thanking the almighty HNIC for implementing Socialism, raising our taxes, and rewarding all the lazy good for nothings on welfare with my hard earned money.

I NEED TO WORK UNTIL I'M 80 BECAUSE MILLIONS OF ILLEGALS AND WELFARE RECEPIENTS DEPEND ON ME.
