New York City asked a federal judge on Tuesday to freeze the implementation of police reforms she ordered while it appeals her decision striking down the department's controversial "stop-and-frisk" policy backed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

The effing liberal c..t judge should be disbarred, and rode out of this city on a rail. I hope one of her loved ones gets jacked up by one of the scumbags in the hood, possibly then she would open her eyes to the dangers of her decision.
