Another tale from the savage Hillbilies
The kill'em, Burn'em up, chop 'em up and bury'em
The weeks-long search for Frank Soucie, a missing father and former postal worker, ended Wednesday morning when his stepson surrendered to police hours after Soucie's body was unearthed from a shallow grave in the backyard of his Ridgewood home, sources said.
Police discovered Soucie's body after neighbors called 911 Tuesday evening when they spotted a fresh mound of dirt in the backyard of 1866 Putnam Ave. and a bag in a nearby dumpster containing clothing and a scorched sleeping bag, neighbors and sources said.
Derek Tudor, the son of Soucie's girlfriend, surrendered to police the next morning, but refused to speak to investigators, sources said.
"This is the place where this man lived and you're just going to put him in the backyard — who does something like that?" said a shocked neighbor, Jennifer Harris. "I just can't believe what exactly happened right next door to me. I just can't believe what the people found."
The medical examiner's office confirmed they planned to perform Soucie's autopsy Wednesday afternoon.
Soucie, whom neighbors said liked to sit outside and chat about his Yankees, hadn't been seen since April 22, according to a Facebook post by his biological son, who shares his name.

Another tale from the savage hillbillies
The savage ice cream parlor clan
A Long Island man faces charges after an alleged violent confrontation over an expired free ice cream coupon, MyFoxNY.com reports.
William Hotz, 59, of Valley Stream, went into a Carvel on Dutch Broadway on Wednesday and ordered a $3.50 ice cream cone, Nassau County police say. Police say after receiving his cone, Hotz gave the 55-year-old woman working at the counter a "one free ice cream cone" coupon.
The woman told Hotz that his coupon was expired and he would need to pay for it, the report said.
Hotz decided to leave instead of paying. The woman confronted Hotz outside of the store.
That's when police say that Hotz punched her several times in the face. The victim reportedly suffered a cut and swelling to her lip.
Police showed up and Hotz refused to be handcuffed and flailed his arms and twisted his body, according to officers.
Back-up arrived and Hotz was finally arrested.
Hotz is charged with robbery and resisting arrest. He was to be arraigned Thursday in Hempstead.
The victim refused medical treatment.

The drunk Druggie RN Clan
A nurse was arrested at Centennial Hospital over the weekend after police said she came to work drunk.
Police said the nurse, Brandy Leigh Dalton, 41, was sent home from work on Saturday for allegedly being drunk.
According to the arrest warrant, employees at the hospital realized Dalton was intoxicated, so they sent her home in a taxi.
Police said she returned to work a short time later through the front entrance of the hospital.
When police searched Dalton, they said they found a marijuana pipe and marijuana residue in a pipe in her shirt pocket.
She is facing charges of drug possession and trespassing.

The Tea Party and WEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
Washington’s scandal machinery, rusty from recent disuse, is cranking back up to speed due to the alleged targeting of conservative groups by the Internal Revenue Service. Darrell Issa, the chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, said,“It’s the kind of thing that scares the American people to their core. When Americans are being targeted for audits based on their political beliefs, that needs to change.” Senator Susan Collins, of Maine, called on the President to apologize. George Will said President Obama could be impeached. Obama himself is taking the path of contrition. At a news conference Monday, the President said,“If in fact I.R.S. personnel engaged in the kind of practices that have been reported on and were intentionally targeting conservative groups, then that’s outrageous. And there’s no place for it.” More hearings, with more outrage, are planned.
In light of this, it might be useful to ask: Did the I.R.S. actually do anything wrong?
The stories began to come to light on Friday, when the Associated Press reported that a draft report by a Treasury Department inspector general had found that the I.R.S. subjected certain Tea Party-affiliated groups to undue scrutiny. Lois Lerner, head of the I.R.S. tax-exempt-organizations division, said the agency was “apologetic” for what she termed “absolutely inappropriate” actions by lower-level workers.
It’s important to review why the Tea Party groups were petitioning the I.R.S. anyway. They were seeking approval to operate under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. This would require them to be “social welfare,” not political, operations. There are significant advantages to being a 501(c)(4). These groups don’t pay taxes; they don’t have to disclose their donors—unlike traditional political organizations, such as political-action committees. In return for the tax advantage and the secrecy, the 501(c)(4) organizations must refrain from traditional partisan political activity, like endorsing candidates.
If that definition sounds murky—that is, if it’s unclear what 501(c)(4) organizations are allowed to do—that’s because it is murky. Particularly leading up to the 2012 elections, many conservative organizations, nominally 501(c)(4)s, were all but explicitly political in their work. For example, Americans for Prosperity, which was funded in part by the Koch Brothers, was an instrumental force in helping the Republicans hold the House of Representatives. In every meaningful sense, groups like Americans for Prosperity were operating as units of the Republican Party. Democrats organized similar operations, but on a much smaller scale.(They undoubtedly would have done more, but they lacked the Republican base for funding such efforts.)
So the scandal—the real scandal—is that 501(c)(4) groups have been engaged in political activity in such a sustained and open way. As Fred Wertheimer, the President of Democracy 21, a government-ethics watchdog group, put it,“it is clear that a number of groups have improperly claimed tax-exempt status as section 501(c)(4)‘social welfare’ organizations in order to hide the donors who financed their campaign activities in the 2010 and 2012 federal elections.”

Past targets of the IRS were the NAACP from 2004 - 2006 after then chairman, Julian Bond criticized the Bush Administration for the Iraqi aggression after falsely claiming they were hiding WMD's.
They also targeted Greenpeace and a California church, yet there was no outrage from the Republican party over the IRS treatment of the above mentioned organizations, now they're "outraged" over alleged treatment of Tea Bagger Nut organizations financed by Rupert Murdoch, the Koch brothers and Fox News?
The height of hypocrisy.
Bush spied on citizens without warrants from the courts.
Scooter Libby lied and was convicted of obstruction.
Bush lied about WMD's causing over 100K dead.

Boston bomb scumbag gets WE WELFARE!!
Alleged Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has told his mother that people are sending him money and that someone opened an account for him, according to a new recording of their first phone call from prison.
When his mother asked if he is in pain, Tsarnaev replied in Russian: "No, of course not. I'm already eating and have been for a long time," according to a translation by Channel 4 News in the UK, which first aired the audio. The call took place last week.
"They are giving me chicken and rice now, everything is fine," he said.
Dzhokhar also told his mother that he has received at least a "thousand" dollars in a bank account that someone opened for him since his arrest. The mother says the family has also received $8,000 from individuals pledging their support, according to Channel 4 News.
Tsarnaev's parents say they have been offered one phone call a month with their son, who is in prison awaiting trial.

The savage brothers get their "WE"
Three Brooklyn brothers admitted they tried to bully the boyfriend of a Hasidic sex abuse victim before an explosive trial but received no jail time from the judge Thursday.
Jacob, Joseph and Hertzka Berger ripped the kosher certificate off the wall at a restaurant owned by Hershy Deutsch, the now-husband of the star witness against the influential Hasidic counselor Nechemya Weberman.
Although prosecutors insisted they should get at least 30 days in jail for misdemeanor coercion, Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Danny Chun allowed the trio to plead guilty and get conditional discharge.
They only have to stay out of trouble for one year, with Jacob Berger, who also pleaded to felony mischief, required to pay a $500 fine.
"It's over," said his lawyer Michael Cibella. He added prosecutors "took a hardline stance of jail only" because of the high-profile nature of the case.
When the Bergers were arrested last June, Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes strongly denounced intimidation tactics notorious in the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community.
A DA spokesman emphasized Thursday the judge allowed the plea over their objections.
Weberman, 54, was found guilty in December of sexually abusing the teenage girl for three years while giving her religious counseling. He is serving a 50-year sentence.

WE me free!
Former baseball star Lenny Dykstra is expected to be released from jail Sunday, just 15 months into his three-year term, the Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting.
After pleading no contest in October 2011 to three grand theft auto charges and one count of filing a false financial report, the 50-year-old former member of the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies underwent a drug and alcohol rehabiltation.
He was sentenced to three years in prison by L.A. County Superior Court Judge Cynthia Ulfig on March 5, 2012.
“I was surprised they let him out before the three years, to be quite frank with you," said Christopher Frankie, author of “Nailed: The Improbable Rise and Spectacular Fall of Lenny Dykstra." "Because he blatantly disobeyed the court, and a lot of the stuff was very brazen. He was doing it in the full view of law enforcement."

Give me my WE!!!!
An 89-year-old heir is asking to throw out his conviction on charges of stealing millions of dollars from his dementia-stricken mother. She was the New York philanthropist and society grand dame Brooke Astor.
Anthony Marshall's request was filed Friday. It came days before he was due to go to prison after losing an appeal.
He's expected to join co-defendant Francis Morrissey Jr. in asking to delay their surrender, set for Monday.
Morrissey lawyer William Zabel (ZAY'-behl) filed a sworn statement from a juror who said she was coerced into convicting them. She says another juror screamed and made threatening gestures at her.
Her claims were part of the men's unsuccessful appeals.

How Did A Guy With A GED End Up With Top Secret Clearance At The NSA?
By his own account, Snowden was in paradise, living in Hawaii with his girlfriend and making around $200,000 a year at his job working for an NSA contractor.
Also by his own account, he had been a poor student in high school, did not complete course work at a community college in Maryland, and ended up earning nothing but a GED.
Edward Snowden’s decision to leak top-secret National Security Agency documents has raised questions about the extent of the government’s surveillance capabilities. But it has also led to questions about how someone with Snowden’s experience and background — he is just 29 years old — ended up with seemingly easy access to the nation’s most sensitive secrets.
“How could a guy who was at Booz Allen for three months have Top Secret compartmented clearance?” Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), a members of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said to reporters in Washington on Monday, according to Bloomberg.“There are a lot of questions about whether these were in his purview or part of an effort on his part to accumulate as much as he could to release it.”
So far, most of what we know about Snowden’s career comes from what he has told The Guardian. The high school trouble, a brief stint in the Army, then work as a security guard at an NSA facility in Maryland, then to the Central Intelligence Agency, where he worked on IT security, then a job in Japan working for a private contractor at an NSA facility, and then a few years at various contractors, before his latest gig, working for Booz Allen Hamilton in Hawaii.
