Many people cowering in fear behind locked doors in the Boston area over the past 24 hours probably wish that Massachusetts gun laws were more lenient, so that they could legally acquire the means to protect themselves and their families from terrorists and violent criminals.

Exactly right. I'm sure there were quite a lot of anti-gun rights "liberals" that would have liked to have had an AR-15 in their home today while there was a mad man on the loose in their neighborhood.

They were ordered by "the authorities" to cower in fear in their homes. Having the ability to defend your home sounds a lot better than cowering in fear in it...

Bostonians became upset when the lockdown lasted long enough to cancel Red Sox and Bruin games. That's when the lockdown ended.
