I agree Bitner. Last time I went to my primary care was just about two weeks ago. I go every month to get my INR done in the lab then he will follow up if the level is not where he wants it. It was then he suggested I get a hysterectomy, but pregnancy wasn't his primary reason for suggesting it. It was blood flow. If pregnancy had been, my husband was sitting right there with me, tell him to get vasectomy because I've asked him several times to think about it. It's total bs.

Technically, the Constitution is about government, not the poeple, citizens or not. It tells the government what it can and can't do (the body of the Constitution tells the government what it can do, and the Bill of Rights tells it what it can't do). FOr example, the government cannot completely remove the right of aliens to keep and bear arms, have freedom of expression, etc, but it can greatly restrict those rights almost to the point where they are non-existent, in a way they can't easily do to citizens. Then there are the Constituional rights that are clearly reserved only for citizens—such as the right to vote or to hold elective office.

And, Foo, isn't it true in order for one to be a CITIZEN one needs to be born?

Over a MILLION humans lives in this country alone,EACH YEAR(4,000 daily)are being aborted. MANY women have repeated abortions(2,3,4,5,etc)because it is available. They become desensitized to killing their unwanted children. Abortion is birth control to most women who abort. They can seek pleasure,and ...well...abort if they become pregnant.

OFF to the same behavior because they don't have consequences apparently :/

There is a clear distinction made between citizens and ANY person within the US jursidiction. Vaddy said the Constitution does not cover natives of Zanzibar. Vladdy was wrong.
