Death, Meth,theft or incest.

When Seath Tyler Jackson received a text message Sunday afternoon from a 15-year-old ex-girlfriend saying she wanted to rekindle their romance and that they should meet at a central Florida house, a female friend of Jackson's sensed something wasn't right.
"I wouldn't fall for that," 16-year-old Brittnay Jones told Jackson, she recalled to The Associated Press.
The 15-year-old Jackson ignored his friend's advice and went Sunday to a house in Summerfield, about 65 miles northwest of Orlando.
There, authorities said, he was fatally beaten and shot as a result of a plot to lure him there and kill him. Then, Jackson's body was stuffed into a sleeping bag and burned, and the remains were put in paint buckets and dumped at a remote lime rock pit, authorities allege.

Marion County sheriff's detectives said the way the defendants carried out the crime was "unlike anything they had ever seen."
Authorities on Tuesday night arrested six people in connection with the crime, charging five with first-degree murder. The five were being held without bond.
Investigators said in an arrest affidavit that five suspects had acknowledged varying roles in Jackson's death. Authorities said the 15-year-old girl and a woman, 18-year-old Charlie Kay Ely, acknowledged trying to persuade Jackson to come to the woman's house. Deputies also said the girl's brother, 16, and 20-year-old Justin Soto acknowledged participating in the attack on Jackson and alleged that 18-year-old Michael Bargo shot Jackson repeatedly with a .22-caliber revolver.
Authorities, as well as family and friends, said Bargo was dating Jackson's ex-girlfriend and had gotten into a fight with him several weeks ago.
The five were gathered at the house Sunday "when Michael Bargo began to speak of his hatred for the victim Seath Jackson," authorities wrote the 16-year-old boy told them. "The conversation then turned into a plan to lure Seath to the residence so that Michael Bargo could kill him with the assistance of other persons."
Authorities have also charged the stepfather of the minor suspects, 37-year-old James Young Havens III, with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder. He was being held on $10,000 bond. The AP is not identifying the two youngest suspects because they are minors.
Investigators were searching Wednesday afternoon for remains in both the fire and lime rock pits, as well as for the murder weapon.
Bargo and some friends began plotting Jackson's death after the two fought several weeks ago, authorities said, and things moved quickly.

KKKRAP SLOP,

This is from the post. How did you miss it?

The scrawling stoner has gathered herself a no-jail deal -- but she may have to pick up some trash at a local park.

Rock legend Keith Richards' model daughter was in Manhattan this morning, resolving last month's arrest for graffiti-writing on a SoHo nunnery and for possessing illegal pills and pot.

Under today's deal, the charges against Theodora Richards, 25, will be dismissed in six months. But she must first do two days of public community service, typically served with the Parks or Sanitation departments.

Prosecutors said they agreed to the deal because Richards has no criminal record and is receiving drug treatment.

Read more: http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/rocker_dau...

Not that she needs it, insisted her lawyer, Edward Hayes.

"She's clean as the snow," he effused. So too, he said, is the nunnery wall.

"It wasn't even permanent paint," the lawyer said. "It washes off."

The leggy, Rapunzel-tressed blonde came to misdemeanor court without her famous dad and celebrity mom, model Patti Hansen, and looked far more glam than on her last go-around in early March, when she appeared before a judge after a night in jail, with a wooly hat pulled down over her uncombed hair.

Today she wore a clingy, belted black and white knit dress and shiny and high black heels.

She'd been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, eight and a half pills of the painkiller oxycodone, and a graffiti instrument -- a small red paint pen.

Cops busted her after seeing her doodle a tidily-inked "T heart A" on the exterior of St. Anthony's Convent at 190 Prince St. Hayes explained that initials stood for Theodora and her kid sister, Alexandra.

"She just loves her sister," Hayes said.

"I hope I don't get in trouble for this," Richards had told officers when they busted her. A search of her bag recovered the pills and pot, cops said at the time.

"I don't have a prescription for them," the kid had admitted, helpfully.

Sources told the Post that Richards had never mentioned to First Precinct cops that she was the famed rocker's daughter, and was polite and "apologetic" while in custody.

Cops only learned she was rock 'n' roll progeny after a phone call resulted in her dad reaching out to retired cops on his payroll, who notified officers, a source said.

By then, the younger Richards -- who lives in a luxury, celebrity-filled apartment building on Lafayette Street near the scene of the crime -- had been busted, cuffed, hauled to the precinct and charged.

A man suspected of attempting to bomb a mall in Colorado last week was arrested Tuesday at a grocery store, Boulder police spokeswoman Kim Kobel said.

Boulder police took Earl Albert Moore into custody at a King Soopers grocery store and turned him over to the FBI, Kobel said. The FBI described the arrest as a "capture."

Authorities have been investigating a pipe bomb device found after a fire broke out April 20 in a back hallway at Southwest Plaza Mall in Littleton, Colorado. The shopping center was evacuated and no one was hurt.

Moore was released from a federal prison just one week before the apparent bombing attempt. Spokesmen with the Bureau of Prisons and the U.S. Marshals Service in Atlanta said Moore was at the medium-security Federal Correctional Institution in Estill, South Carolina, and was released April 14.

A federal law enforcement source told CNN Sunday that Moore was serving time for bank robbery when he was released.

Federal court records show Moore was sentenced to 18 years in prison for a March 2005 robbery of Whitesville State Bank in Crab Orchard, West Virginia.

Prosecutors asked later for Moore's sentence to be reduced to reflect "defendant's subsequent substantial assistance in investigating or prosecuting another person."

In 2008, Moore's term was cut to seven years in prison with five years of supervised probation.

A public records search through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation shows that since 1984, Moore has been arrested on charges of dangerous drug possession, larceny, theft, possession of burglary tools and failure to appear.

Blood flowed yesterday in Brownsville, where one man was killed and two teens were wounded in separate shootings.

A 15-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy were each shot in the leg when a gunman opened fire on Livonia Avenue near New Jersey Avenue at about 5 a.m.

It is unclear if the teens were the intended targets. Both were treated for non-life-threatening wounds. The gunman fled.

Minutes later and just a few blocks away, on Fulton Street near Vermont Avenue, a man was shot dead outside Pop's Diner.

Willie Kirkland, 23, had been arguing with a man in the diner, and when they took the fight outside, the killer pulled a gun and shot Kirkland once in the chest before fleeing.

*

A South Carolina HILLBILLY (LOL) man, who had moved to Brooklyn just a few weeks ago was shot and killed in Flatbush.

Trevonne Winn, 24, was talking on his cellphone on Nostrand Avenue near Glenwood Road at 7:30 p.m. Saturday when a gunman opened fire, hitting him once in the chest at close range.

He died at Kings County Hospital.

*

A thug stabbed two men -- one fatally -- yesterday in their Brownsville home, cops said.

Cleon Leslie, 42, had been arguing with Alrick Holding, 45, in the building on Herzl Street near Newport Street at about 10 a.m. when Holding grabbed a knife and stabbed Leslie on the left side of his head, cops said.

Leslie died at Brookdale Hospital.

Holding then stabbed Leslie's 54-year-old uncle, who also lives in the home, police said.

The relative, whose name was not released, was in stable condition.

Holding was charged with murder, assault and weapons possession.

A cheap disguise didn't help a high-tech scammer remain anonymous, cops said. In fact, it gave him away.

Police received a 911 call from two women reporting a suspicious character using an ATM in the Chase branch on Flatbush Avenue near Prospect Place in Park Slope at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

When cops arrived, the man was already gone. So the officers checked a nearby Chase branch, on Fifth Avenue near Lincoln Place, where they found Victor Duscu, 31, wearing a scarf over his face and a curly women's wig on his head while he withdrew money from an ATM, police said.

Suspicious of his disguise, they searched him and found seven counterfeit ATM cards in his pocket and $7,500 in cash, police said.

Cops believe he wore the wig and scarf to hide his identity from security cameras. He was charged with grand larceny.

The 30 rOCK Savage

A former "30 Rock" accountant accused of running up $13,600 in bogus charges on his NBC credit card will have his record cleared if he stays out of trouble.

Matthew Rudolph pleaded guilty April 12 to a misdemeanor petty larceny charge. He was sentenced to a conditional discharge during a brief hearing Tuesday before Queens Supreme Court Justice Pauline Mullings.

Rudolph, 35, was also barred from going near Silvercup Studios in Long Island City, where the hit show starring Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin is filmed.

His lawyer, Richard Roth, declined to comment.

Rudolph was working as a production accountant at Silvercup when, Queens prosecutors say, he forged his bosses' initials on expense reports to pay for fancy dinners and a Sony PlayStation.

He had been facing seven years in prison.

A company audit last year revealed that the receipts Rudolph submitted did not match expenditures or weren't business-related, prosecutors say.

The Atlanta Police Department has launched an internal investigation after a shocking video surfaced showing a cop slugging a woman in the face during a late-night scuffle at an IHOP.

In the video, reportedly shot at 4 a.m. on Sunday at one of the pancake chain's restaurants in the Buckhead neighborhood, two cops confront a young woman in a booth.

As one of the officers tries to yank the woman out of her seat, a girlfriend grabs the officer's shoulder, prompting him to swat her away with a smack to the face.

The woman then flies into a rage, swinging wildly at the officer's head. The officer ducks and then counters with a hard right cross to the woman's jaw.

Amazingly, the petite brunette says on her feet, and the two officers wrestle her to the ground, before cuffing her and hauling her away in front of dozens of stunned diners.

Roberte Caban, who said she was the woman cops were trying to drag out of the booth, told Atlanta's WSBTV television that she and her girlfriends were having coffee when an officer told them to keep it down.

"I felt so bad for her," Caban said. "It was very obvious that the first officer had contained her. We knew Cynthia didn't do anything. We didn't know who he was, he didn't say who he was."

Caban said she was also arrested and that she and her friend spent more than a day in jail.

Cops said they were investigating the incident.

"The matter has been referred to our Office of Professional Standards to determine whether department policies and procedures were followed. Further comment at this time would not be appropriate," the Atlanta Police Department said in a statement.

IHOPs around the country have been plagued by violence this year.

Also on Sunday, Los Angeles Lakers forward Derrick Caracter was arrested after allegedly hitting a waitress at an IHOP in New Orleans. The team was in town for a playoff game.

In February, a group of reporters were attacked in an IHOP parking lot after approaching relatives of a 27-year-old man who had recently been shot to death.

In January, three people were charged with disorderly conduct after a huge Hillbilly brawl at an IHOP in South Carolina. That incident was also caught on video.

DEXTER, Minn.- A couple from southeastern Minnesota couple is accused of chaining their two children to beds and withholding food from them.

Brian Dale Miller, 33, and 26-year-old Charity Lynn Miller of Dexter were charged in Mower County Court Tuesday with child neglect, malicious punishment of a child, false imprisonment and child endangerment, all gross misdameanors.

The couple was arrested last week but were released Monday after posting bail, the Austin Daily Herald reported.

The criminal complaint alleges the Millers chained their 5- and 8-year-old sons to their beds and deprived them of food and access to the bathroom. Court documents claim the 5-year-old weighs less than 30 pounds.

Both boys are in protective custody. The Millers are scheduled to enter their pleas May 12.

The investigation begain in April when the 5-year-old disclosed to Southland school staff that his parents chain him to the "gates" of his bed and don't feed him very often.

The boy spoke with a detective and said he gets most of his food at school, where staff had expressed concerns that the boy was extremely small for his age and may be malnourished.

The boy's older brother told the detective that he no longer gets chained to his bed because he stopped getting up and eating food during the night; however, he said he gets spanked on his bare bottom by his parents, who sometimes use a fly swatter instead of their hands.

The elder brother also said he hears his younger brother crying in his room every night.

The boys told detectives that they are sometimes not allowed to eat. The elder brother said breakfast for the two usually consists of dry cereal which they eat with their fingers.

When police went to the Miller home on 700th Avenue in Grand Meadow Township to speak with the boys mother and conduct a welfare check, they found Charity Miller dressed in scrubs. Officials said she told them she works as a nurse for Staffing Solutions and was assigned at "Maple Manor."

Upon entering the home, police said they found it was cluttered with bags of empty beer and soda cans with more loose empty cans on the counters. Dishes encrusted with food were also found scattered in the sink, on the counter and stove, police said.

Officials said that when they entered the youngest boy's room, it smelled powerfully of urine. They found a baby crib with the front drop gate removed without a mattress, according to the complaint. The wood board base was urine stained and the bed contained only a small, stained pillow and small blanket, according to the criminal complaint.

Detectives also found a 1 ft. metal chain attached to the wood bars of the crib and a lock and key nearby, and said a box of toys had been placed well out of reach of the chain.

The Philly Police Steroid Savages

A Philadelphia police detective and two police officers are among the 15 charged in a federal indictment, accused of conspiring to distribute anabolic steroids.

Authorities from the DEA, the FBI, the Philadelphia Police Department, and the United States Postal Inspection Service say Keith Gidelson, a Philadelphia Police Detective, and fellow police officers Joseph McIntyre and George Sambuca were indicted Wednesday along with Gidelson's wife, Kirsten.

According to the indictment, Keith Gidelson was operating an anabolic steroid and human growth hormone (HGH) distribution organization in Philadelphia and throughout the United States. The indictment alleges that Gidelson would obtained monthly shipments of anabolic steroids and HGH from suppliers in Europe and China and then sell the steroids to his co-conspirators, who would then distribute the drugs on their own.

PDF: Read the indictment in its entirety on 6abc.com

The indictment alleges that one of the suppliers shipped the steroids to California where defendant Robert Walters would re-package them for shipment to Gidelson. Another supplier shipped steroids to a mailbox that Gidelson has rented at a UPS store.

Gidelson and his wife, Kirsten, are also facing allegations that they stored and packaged steroids and HGH at their home in Philadelphia. The couple allegedly met with drug customers, including defendants Michael Barclay, Keith Ebner, Jeffrey Filoon, Christian Kowalko, Joel Levin, Luke Lors, Joseph McIntyre, George Sambuca, William Schiavo, and Vaidotas Verikas, at their home and at Philadelphia-area fitness clubs, to distribute anabolic steroids and HGH in various quantities.

Gidelson is also accused of distributing steroids to customers throughout the United States - people whom he met through online weightlifting chat rooms on websites.

If convicted, each defendant faces ten years in prison on each charge and a $250,000 fine.

The full list of defendants are as follows: Keith Gidelson Philadelphia, PA 34 Kirsten Gidelson Philadelphia, PA 36 Robert James Walters Folsom, CA 50 Jay Guiliano Philadelphia, PA 41 Michael Supilowski Chicago, IL 49 Michael Barclay Philadelphia, PA 51 Keith Ebner Philadelphia, PA 44 Jeffrey Filoon Philadelphia, PA 36 Christian Kowalko Philadelphia, PA 38 Joel Levin Bensalem, PA 48 Luke Lors Huntingdon Valley, PA 31 Joseph McIntyre Philadelphia, PA 36 George Sambuca Philadelphia, PA 25 William Schiavo Philadelphia, PA 29 Vaidotas Verikas Wrightstown, PA 41 Gidelson is a 14-year veteran of the Department, formally assigned to the Safety Office. Phillip and Nancy Garrido pleaded guilty Thursday to the kidnapping and sexual assault of Jaycee Dugard, whom they held captive from age 11 through 29, the El Dorado County, California, district attorney said.

Both Garridos will receive life in prison at a sentencing hearing scheduled for June 2, District Attorney Vern Pierson said in a statement.

Through a representative, Dugard, now 30, expressed relief that her abductors "confessed."

"I'm relieved that Phillip and Nancy Garrido have finally acknowledged their guilt and confessed to their crimes against me and my family," Dugard said in a statement released by her representatives at Nancy Seltzer & Associates, Inc., in Los Angeles.

The married couple abducted Dugard when she was 11, and they held her in a hidden compound on their home's grounds in Antioch, California.

Dugard was snatched from the street in front of her home in South Lake Tahoe, California, in 1991. Authorities found her in 2009.

Phillip Garrido, a registered sex offender on parole at the time of his arrest, is accused of fathering two daughters with Dugard during her captivity.

"The enormity of the defendants' actions has caused tremendous pain and suffering to Jaycee, her mother, Terry Probyn, and their family," Pierson said in a statement.

"With a guilty plea by both defendants, Terry, Jaycee and her children can now be spared the grief and trauma of having to be dragged into the court process to testify at a jury trial," Pierson said.

"Additionally, were it not for Jaycee's strong cooperation with our office and the prosecution of the Garridos, we would not have been able to firmly stand by our position to take this case to jury trial. Jaycee's courage and willingness to confront her abductors in court directly led to the Defendants' plea and life sentences," Pierson added in his statement.

California law doesn't provide for a death penalty or a life sentence without possibility of parole for the offenses committed by the Garridos, Pierson said.

Phillip Garrido, 60, pleaded guilty to one count of kidnapping and 13 counts of sexual assault, Pierson said. He faces a maximum possible sentence of 431 years to life in prison and he has waived his right to appeal, Pierson said.

Nancy Garrido, 55, pleaded guilty to one count of kidnapping, one count of rape by force, and to California's "one strike" rape law, Pierson said.

She will be sentenced to the negotiated disposition of life in prison, Pierson said. She will receive a 25-years-to-life sentence under the "one strike" rape law, plus 11 years, which is the maximum possible sentence for the kidnapping charges based upon the sentencing laws in 1991, Pierson said.

Nancy Garrido also has waived her right to appeal, prosecutors said. Her plea was offered contingent upon Phillip Garrido pleading guilty and waiving his right to appeal, prosecutors said.

The Scam Savage.

A cuckolded computer consultant hired to link the city's 1,400 schools to the Internet was charged Thursday with downloading $3.6 million into his crooked pockets.

Willard (Ross) Lanham, aided by corporate giants IBM and Verizon, masterminded the massive fraud to enjoy a life of luxury from 2002 to 2008, according to a scathing report from the special schools investigator.

"Lanham effectively stole from schoolchildren so he could buy fancy cars and valuable real estate," said Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara.

Prosecutors described Lanham's greed as staggering. He was charged with looting the Department of Education while earning a $200,000 annual salary and living with his family in a sprawling, two-story Long Island home.

As he earned an illegal fortune off phony companies, inflated fees and a pair of no-show jobs, officials said, he built three luxury homes on a piece of abandoned Long Island farmland.

Once finished, Lanham even named the private street after his estranged wife, Laura Lanham.

The couple have since endured a long, angry and ongoing three-year divorce, with the wife dumping her 57-year-old husband to pursue younger men while blogging about her "cougar" lifestyle.

Willard Lanham - who faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted - smiled wryly when asked about his 42-year-old wife before he bolted from Manhattan Federal Court.

Willard Lanham also maintained a $600,000 fleet of high-end automobiles, including a flashy yellow Corvette, a Porsche, a Mercedes-Benz, a Lexus and a Cadillac Escalade.

The parents of a two-month old girl who was found dead in a Sayler Park apartment last month have now been charged with her murder.

Twenty-five-year-old Jill Hull, and her boyfriend, 28-year-old Gary West, are both facing murder charges for the death of their 11-week-old girl Rachel.

The couple appeared before a Hamilton County Judge Tuesday morning.

Jill Hull and Gary West are both being held on $200,000 bonds.

Family members identified the baby as Rachel West.

Emergency crews responded to the couple's apartment on Gracely Avenue back in November.

Police say the baby died at the scene.

On Monday night, police arrested Hull and West.

In court, West's attorney told the judge the baby died from malnutrition.

West's sister tells 9News the couple loved their baby and wouldn't do anything to harm her.

Several days before the baby's death family members say Hull's mother and uncle were accused of robbing two banks.

Police arrested David and Joyce Hull on the day Rachel West was found dead.

Family members say the incidents are unrelated.

Jeff Hall, a well-known white supremacist leader, was shot to death inside his home on Sunday morning – possibly by his young son, according to reports.

Police told the Riverside Press-Enterprise that they responded to a call of shots fired at Hall's home in Riverside, Calif., Sunday morning. They found the 32-year-old neo-Nazi inside with a single gunshot wound.

He was pronounced dead on the scene and his 10-year-old son was detained.

Hall is best known as the leading white supremacist in the National Socialist Movement group, which promotes white separatism. He was remembered on the group’s website as "a loving Father of five children, a family man, and a dedicated American Patriot."

Neighbors described him to the newspaper as a racist who threw a Halloween party last year complete with a swastika flag and guests in KKK hoods.

He was also an anti-immigration radical as well. The Southern Poverty Law Center reported last year that he and about eight other people gathered on the Arizona-Mexico border, armed with high-powered rifles and pistols.

They claimed to have apprehended three illegal immigrants attempting a border crossing, but never provided any proof, the center said.

Hall's family also seemed to avoid most neighborly gestures.

"I never tried to even say hello because they are racist," one neighbor told the Press-Enterprise.

Cops are still looking for a motive, but said they aren't looking for any other suspects at this time. Hall’s five children and wife were home at the time of the shooting, Lt. Ed Blevins told the newspaper.

Two guns were also taken from the home, which was described as covered in Easter decorations.

Neighbors told the newspaper they just hope that his death will bring the end to a dark era in their neighborhood – especially after the dark party.

"Honestly, I feel like it's over," said one who lives across the street from Hall's home. "It was scary here."

Crazy Hillbillies are out of control!
