The Domestic Terrorist THUG SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!!
Less than eight months after an the attack on a Muslim prayer leader at the Majid Al Saaleel mosque in Flushing, a Forest Hills man has been charged with attempted murder in what authorities have classified a hate crime.
In the early morning of November 18, 2012, Bashir Ahmad, a, was opening the front door of the mosque for prayers, when he was stabbed in the back. He struggled to turn around and came face to face with his attacker, 55-year-old Bernard Laufer. Ahmad raised his arms to protect his head and face while he was repeatedly stabbed about the body—in the hands, head legs and back, leading to bleeding, lacerations, bruises and swelling.
Ahmad remembered the words spoken to him during the attack. Talking to reporters, he repeated them,“I’ll kill you mother f——g Muslim.” Now laufer will face a jury who will determine if this crime was committed with the specific intent to target a Muslim. If he is found guilty he faces a minimum of eight years and could get up to 25 years.
In a statement released after he was charged, District Attorney Richard Brown said,““The defendant is accused of having repeatedly stabbed the victim in a hate-crime attack and to have used hateful speech. Remarkably, the injuries sustained…were not fatal. Crimes fueled by hate will never be tolerated here in Queens County, the most diverse county in the nation. When they do, regrettably, occur, they will be condemned in the strongest possible terms.

Druggie SAVAGE on the Run
The drug suspect who escaped custody and hit an officer with a stolen vehicle in Queens was arrested in Manhattan Tuesday, police said.
Around 7 p.m. Monday, Bryan McMenamin, 38, who had been arrested for selling drugs, somehow got away and jumped into a vehicle at 59th Street and Cooper Avenue in Glendale, police said.
McMenamin had been cuffed behind his back at the time of the incident, 1010 WINS’ John Montone reported.
A narcotics officer who tried to jump in front of the car to prevent McMenamin from getting away was injured in the leg, police said. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The vehicle was later found around Myrtle Avenue and Decatur Street, CBS 2′s Diane Macedo reported.
The escape rattled neighbors in the area.
“I never, ever hear anything like this before,” Andy Elamin told Macedo.
“We heard helicopters and my daughter looked out the window and said ‘Mom, that’s the police, they’re looking for someone,’” said Liduvina Santos.“That really concerns me, because I have children, I have grandchildren. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. To think that someone so close to my home is on the loose and probably dangerous, is he armed, we don’t know, it frightens me.”
“He’s a good guy, I don’t know, he might’ve gotten caught up in something bad. I just hope he’s all right,” a man who said he was a friend of McMenamin, who wanted to remain anonymous, told Macedo.“I know one thing – he ain’t violent.”
McMenamin was previously arrested on arson, menacing and robbery charges, Macedo reported.

The Mother of Mercy Shoot' em up SAVAGE!!!!!!!
A homeless ex-convict is being held on $1 million bond, accused of beating a priest with a metal rod in his residence at a Phoenix church and then wrestling away a handgun owned by the clergyman before fatally shooting the man's assistant.
Gary Michael Moran, 54, was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of first-degree murder, burglary, and armed robbery, among other charges, police announced Monday.
Authorities said Moran, an ex-convict with a history of violence and drug abuse, stole a camera from the priests and fled in Walker's car, which was found abandoned a few blocks away from the church last Wednesday night.
The attack occurred after the Rev Joseph Terra opened the kitchen door of the Mother of Mercy Mission rectory to investigate noises in a courtyard on Wednesday night, police said.
Badly injured, the 56-year-old Terra made it to his bedroom and retrieved his .357-caliber gun but was unable to fire before the attacker grabbed it, forced the priest to his knees and demanded money, according to court records.
Terra soon blacked out. When he regained consciousness, the Rev Kenneth Walker had been shot.
Walker, 28, died later that night.
Terra, who was able to give Walker last rites after the assault, remained hospitalized on Monday. He was moved out of a hospital intensive care unit Saturday and is expected to make a full recovery.
Police chief Daniel Garcia called the attack "a vicious, tragic, horrifying offense" committed by a criminal who was just released from prison in April.
Moran had served about eight years on charges that included aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
In that case, police said, Moran broke into a Phoenix apartment and stabbed a resident in the abdomen with a steak knife. They said Moran didn't know the victim or recall the crime and cited a history of drug abuse.
Moran also was sentenced to more than four years in prison after pleading guilty in 2001 to misconduct involving weapons. He was convicted in two 1989 burglaries, as well.
During his recent stint in prison, Moran was found guilty of more than a dozen infractions, including four for drug manufacturing and possession, Corrections Department records show.
"He is a career criminal, a violent felony offender," Garcia said.
During the investigation, Terra was only able to provide a limited description of the suspect, but detectives said they were later able to link Moran to the crime scene through DNA.
Witnesses also helped authorities identify Moran.
On Sunday, a man came to the police station to report that he had heard Moran "was bragging about beating a priest and robbing him," according to court records.
A day later, a woman told police Moran had given her a black bag that contained the priest's camera.
Police said Moran acknowledged his involvement in the crime.
According to court records, Moran first told investigators during his interrogation that he didn't remember what happened.
He later said he was attacked and that "there was a struggle in the hallway with the gun with one of the priests, and the other priest then came after him and he then shot that priest," the records state.
Moran's public defender didn't respond to a request for comment on Monday, and jail officials said his attorney was declining all interview requests on Moran's behalf.

The South Carolina Sheriff SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!!
South Carolina's longest-serving sheriff has been indicted on bribery charges, according to federal prosecutors, making him the eighth sheriff in the state to face criminal charges or investigations in the past four years.
U.S. Attorney Bill Nettles said Tuesday that the 68-year-old Lexington County Sheriff James Metts faces 10 charges of taking bribes. He is also charged with wire fraud and conspiracy.
Court documents say Metts allowed friends to buy favors, accepting cash in return for agreeing to assist people who were in the country illegally and who were being detained. The indictment detailed several phone calls between Metts and a former Lexington Town councilman, who was acting as a go-between for the owner of several Mexican restaurants. Metts accepted an envelope full of cash in exchange for keeping some of the restaurants' employees from ending up in federal databases of immigrants who weren't supposed to be in the U.S.
In office since 1972, the Republican has received a number of awards, including the Order of the Palmetto and the Order of the Silver Crescent, and is up for re-election in 2016. It wasn't immediately known whether he was in custody.
His lawyer, Sherri Lydon, issued a statement on his behalf. "Sheriff Metts has dedicated his life to law enforcement and serving the citizens of Lexington County. He denies the allegations and looks forward to his day in court," she wrote.
Gov. Nikki Haley suspended Metts about an hour after the indictments were released and appointed Lewis McCarty, who retired in 1999 after nearly 30 years with the Lexington Department, as the acting sheriff.

The Violent Hillbilly Thug SAVAGES!!!!!!!!!!
Screams of delight came from the Canobie Lake Park roller coaster on Tuesday, a sharp contrast to the shouts of profanity from just outside the entry turnstiles a day earlier.
“This family was hell bent on creating a disturbance,” says Deputy Chief Shawn Patten of the Salem, New Hampshire Police.“And they did just that.”
He’s talking about the Perry family – father Alan; sons Joshua, Brian, and Damian; and daughter-in-law Ashley — whose trek from northern Vermont to the Canobie Lake ended abruptly at the park’s security checkpoint on Monday afternoon.
According to police, at least a couple of the Perrys had hunting knives clipped to their belts when they showed up at the park entrance.
Citing park rules, security asked them to put the knives back in their vehicle. And when they were told such weapons were not allowed inside the park, they allegedly became belligerent.
“They were asked to put those items in their car if they wanted to come in,” says Canobie Lake’s Chris Nicoli.“They didn’t want to do it, and got unruly pretty quick.”
Police say Joshua Perry not only declined to stash the knife in his car, he launched into a curse-filled tirade in front of hundreds of parents and children.
And when two Salem cops working a detail at the amusement park moved in to arrest him, chaos ensued.
“They were jumping on officers’ backs,” says Deputy Chief Patten.“One officer was kicked in the head. They were punching and scratching. It was a melee.”
Patten says they even tried unsuccessfully to grab an officer’s gun from its holster before a swarm of backup officers arrived.
One officer suffered a separated shoulder, while a second suffered cuts and scrapes.
Joshua Perry was charged with riot, resisting arrest with serious injury, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
Alan Perry was charged with riot, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second degree assault, and criminal trespass.
Brian Perry, 18, of Lyndonville, Vermont, was charged with riot, simple assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.
Damian Perry, 18, of Lyndonville, and Ashley Perry, 20, of Sutton, were both charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
Joshua, Brian and Alan Perry remain behind bars after a judge boosted their bail to $10,000 cash

The Hillbilly Thug SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!!
Law enforcement officials tell Channel 2 Action News they have located a wanted fugitive after he nearly ran down police officers and shot at them.
Investigators told Channel 2 Action News that deputies were assisting the U.S. Marshal’s Office to serve a warrant on Billy Lee Owens at about 4 p.m. Tuesday near Highway 36 in Lamar County.
Authorities said Owens was caught when he attempted to cross out of the wood line and get into a home when a law enforcement officer spotted him. He was apprehended without incident.
Tuesday, witnesses said as officers attempted to take Owens into custody, shots were exchanged and a short vehicle chase ensued, but the suspect got away. A neighbor said Owens made contact with one of the Marshals with the van and a Marshal fired as Owens sped off.
The U.S. Marshals office said Owens possibly stole another vehicle in Cherokee County. He was later spotted in Lamar County and was involved in another chase with authorities.
Owens was apprehended Wednesday evening. He told Channel 2 Action News he hasn't done anything wrong.
Rockdale, Coweta and Pike county sherriff's offices, as well as U.S. Marshals and the GBI assisted in the search.
Owens, 36, has open warrants in Fayette and Pike counties, as well as new charges in Merriweather and Cherokee counties after he used a stolen van to escape from Tuesday’s arrest attempt, according to the U.S. Marshal’s Office.
Investigators said Owens has an extensive criminal history with several convictions for violent crimes and narcotics.
Owens was transported to the Lamar County Jail to face charges.

The Do it again OUT of control and NEVER Learned SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!!
Former WCBS news anchor Rob Morrison was arrested this week after his wife Ashley went to the police over his incessant calling. The Daily News shared the details surrounding the case on Wednesday. Though Morrison maintains he did nothing wrong, it seems the authorities do not necessarily agree.
Many may remember that Rob Morrison was arrested in 2013 after an incident where he allegedly choked and threatened his wife Ashley. The two have reconciled since then, but it seems things are not going entirely smoothly. The incident in question occurred after the two started arguing about possibly relocating.
Morrison stated after the arrest, via the Connecticut Post, that Ashley had initiated the discussion about the relocation. He says he tried to put her off because their son was nearby. Rob says she became aggressive, and when their son Jack was seen crying as he overheard the fight, Ashley made Rob leave the house. The protective order that was in place allowed Rob to visit the house, but he was not to harass his wife.
After he left, Rob says Ashley cut off communication and he “became concerned.” Morrison says he just wanted to know that Jack was all right, and over the course of the next couple of days he “tried like h*ll to get in touch” with Ashley. He adds that the couple reconciled by the end of the weekend. However, in the meantime, Ashley went to the police.
Ashley Morrison went to the police after her husband had tried calling her 121 times, reports indicate. She was said to be physically shaking and scared when she went to the police on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. According to Darien Police Sgt. Keri Isaac, she also indicated that she believed Rob “could kill her if she has him arrested.” She also said that her husband said she would never get rid of him.
Later it seems Ashley had a change of heart and felt “irate” over the warrant issued for Rob Morrison's arrest. She seemingly did not want to pursue charges, but the former CBS anchor is facing charges of second-degree harassment and violating a protective order. His next court hearing is slated for July 15.

The Trailor Park Tramp Branding SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!!
Kayla Oxenham told her children, she “forgot how much she loved fire,” as she seared their skin with a stick.
A 7-year-old told cops her mom also cracked her sisters heads against a wall after she became angry over a cat being locked in a bathroom.
Deputies say the abuse took place in March, but the arrest wasn’t made until this week after daycare workers noticed scars on the children.
“The day care workers did a great job seeing this, reporting it,” Port Charlotte, Florida Police Capt. Les Partington told WFTX-TV.
Oxenham told police she branded the kids, so she would be able to recognize them. She also added she did it so the children could have ice cream.
Oxenham is out of jail on bond while waiting to face charges of felony child abuse.

The KKKrap Slop SAVAGE!!!!!!!
After a nearly four-month investigation, police in Dayton, Ohio have concluded that a white bus driver’s story – that he was shot in the chest by three black youths and that his life was saved because a slender religious tract in his shirt pocket stopped the bullets – was not a miracle but a lie.
“The whole thing was a hoax based on ugly racial stereotypes,” Mark Donaghy, executive director of the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) told Hatewatch yesterday.“I don’t know if there’s anything that could make me more angry.”
Before police revealed the truth this week at a news conference and officially closed the case as “unfounded,” the story of Rickey Wagoner’s adventure in the pre-dawn darkness of Feb. 24 had flashed around the world.
The story had everything: crime, race, a middle-aged, out-of-shape working stiff turned superhero and the word of God literally saving a man’s life.
But Dayton’s director and chief of police, Richard Biehl, told Hatewatch “the high probability and likelihood is that this was a staged event.”
“We don’t believe, certainly,” Biehl said,“based on our ballistics testing, there’s any way possible he could have been shot in the chest in this book and those bullets not go well through that book and into his torso.”
Wagoner told reporters he had no comment when they knocked on his door after the chief’s news conference.
As for a possible motive, the chief said he could only speculate since Wagoner had stopped talking to investigators early on in the case. Biehl said Wagoner owed more than $100,000 in back taxes on about a dozen pieces of property.
The union contract for RTA employees includes a felonious assault insurance policy for $100,000.“But the reality of the coverage is,” Donaghy said,“that a person pretty much has to die for their family to receive that kind of money.”
Crying Wolf: The Black Guy Did It
The chief said Wagoner refused to take a polygraph test but his “story remains unchanged.” That story is now just another sad example of the modern day version of crying wolf: the black guy did it.
Wagoner, 49, joins the likes of Charles Stuart, a white man in Massachusetts who killed his wife and blamed it on an imaginary African American man, and Susan Smith, a white South Carolina woman who wanted to start over with a new man, but not with her old kids, so she drowned her two small children in a lake, and said a black man had carjacked her with the children in the back seat, and Ashley Todd, a white Republican volunteer for John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign who carved a backwards “B” in her forehead and blamed it on a black Barack Obama supporter (she used a mirror when carving the “B” and didn’t realize it would be backwards).

The Death Camp SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!!
In 1951, the sentinel who guarded the Third Reich’s most notorious death camp arrived in the United States, amiable and voice thick with a central European accent.
After breezing through immigration, he settled into a small rowhouse near Pennypack Park in Philadelphia, where neighbors knew him as “Hans.” He found work as a tool and die maker at a local engineering company in nearby Fort Washington, where he would work for 32 years. He raised three children, retired at 66 and settled into a drama-free existence that, he says, didn’t even involve one traffic ticket.
Whatever he is — killer or hapless fool who barely knew a thing, as he claims — Johann Breyer clearly succeeded in putting a great deal of time and space between himself and the events of 1944.
Now, across time and space, the past has come back for him.
Breyer, 89, hobbled into a Philadelphia courtroom on Wednesday in a purple inmate uniform, stooped and with a cane. Charged with 158 counts of “complicity in the commission of murder,” prosecutors have accused him of the “systematic murder of hundreds of thousands of European Jews, transported between May 1944 and October 1944 in 158 trainloads to Auschwitz,” according to federal court documents filed in Philadelphia.“Approximately 216,000 Jewish men, women and children from Hungary, Germany and Czechoslovakia [were] transported by these trains.”
Breyer was arrested on Tuesday, one year after a German court charged him and asked for his extradition. If successful, Breyer, one of the last living members of the SS “Death’s Head” Nazi battalion, will be the oldest person ever extradited from the United States to face allegations of Nazi crimes.
Breyer denies culpability. He claims he was ignorant of the executions at Auschwitz, where more than 1 million Jews were killed.“Not the slightest idea, never, never, ever,” Breyer told the Philadelphia Inquirer in 1992.“All I know is from the television. What was happening at the camps, it never came up at that time.”
He added in a 2012 interview with the Associated Press:“I didn’t kill anybody. I didn’t rape anybody… I didn’t do anything wrong.”
Prosecutors say that doesn’t matter. His mere presence at Auschwitz is enough to merit extradition.“He is charged with aiding and abetting those deaths,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrea Foulkes told the Inquirer.“Proof doesn’t require him to have personally pulled any levers. His guarding made it possible for those killings to happen.”

The Vitamin SAVAGE!!!!!!!!
A Santa Clarita man charged with soliciting his wife’s murder was ordered to stand trial Wednesday by Judge Hayden Zacky.
Dino Roy Guglielmelli, 52, of Canyon Country, displayed little emotion in a blue jailhouse jumpsuit, unshaven with his black hair combed back, at times shaking his head while the prosecution presented its case.
He’s accused of paying Richard Fuhrmann, an Army vet and unemployed developer who claimed to be a friend of Guglielmelli’s, to kill his wife, Monica Andreny.
Guglielmelli and Andreny were in the middle of a contentious split when the alleged crimes took place.
Fuhrmann and Guglielmelli first became friends when Fuhrmann sought Guglielmelli’s help in starting a manufacturing supplements business during the summer of 2011.
Guglielmelli founded Creation's Garden in 1993, which he built into a multimillion-dollar, international business.
The charges stem from a discussion between Fuhrmann and Guglielmelli of an $80,000 deal, allegedly the amount Fuhrmann would have been paid to help “get rid of” Andreny, over an Oct. 1 lunch of mint chicken and noodles.
Unbeknownst to Guglielmelli, Fuhrmann had already contacted Andreny’s divorce attorney, who put him in touch with a detective from the Sheriff’s Department’s Major Crimes Bureau, and the discussion was recorded.
Guglielmelli’s defense attorney, Tony Brooklier, sought to paint Fuhrmann as an opportunist and a liar during cross-examination, who allegedly invented defense industry contacts to impress Guglielmelli.
Deputy District Attorney Emily Cole played a 14-minute excerpt from a 90-minute tape of the Oct. 1 meeting.
Cole’s questioning of Fuhrmann, who claimed he had lost “everything” since Guglielmelli’s arrest, explained their relationship as two business acquaintances whose friendship grew as Guglielmelli’s marriage continued to unravel.
Guglielmelli’s alleged resolve to kill his wife grew more impassioned after a domestic violence charge Guglielmelli filed against Andreny was dismissed, Fuhrmann said.
“He wanted specifically to know if I knew anyway to have her killed,” Fuhrmann said, during direct examination.
Upon cross-examination, Brooklier questioned Fuhrmann’s credibility, mentioning a letter Fuhrman sent to a divorce attorney for Andreny back in March 2012 expressing concern for the life of Guglielmelli’s wife, which Fuhrmann admitted sending.
Brooklier then brought up the fact that in a sworn deposition in August 2013, Fuhrmann characterized threats Guglielmelli made as “nothing more than an angry husband.”
Upon re-direct, Fuhrmann acknowledged the statement, but said he was referring to the week of the deposition.
He said that was his sworn statement at that time because he didn’t feel Andreny’s life was in danger that week, because Guglielmelli was “winning.”
After the domestic violence case, Guglielmelli became increasingly irate when the subject of his wife came up.
During the taped conversation, Guglielmelli can be heard asking,“There’s no way for them to track it back to me?” referring to the pair’s alleged deal.
“I’ll be happy when it’s all over,” Guglielmelli said, on the tape.
After Fuhrmann expressed concern over his pay in the matter, Guglielmelli offered reassurance.
“You’re going to get paid,” Guglielmelli said.“Don’t worry about that -- I’ve got you covered.”
Guglielmelli was granted a bail review Dec. 10 in front of Judge Michael O’Gara, and ordered back Dec. 18 for a formal arraignment, when he will enter a plea on the charges.
Brooklier did not return calls seeking comment on this case.
If convicted, Guglielmelli faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

The OBGYN SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!
A former New York-Presbyterian/Columbia Hospital doctor sexually assaulted two former patients in his gynecology office in 2012, claims a lawsuit filed Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court.
The two female plaintiffs were identified only by their initials — L.K. and A.Y. Their attorney, Anthony Donofrio, said Dr. Robert Hadden of Tenafly, N.J., performed oral sex on both young women, and one reported the incident to police last June.
Police sources confirmed that they had a report about a June 29 sexual assault involving Hadden, and that he was taken into custody the following day, but the record was sealed.
Hadden stopped seeing patients in his Fort Washington Ave. office in September. He did not return calls to his home.
Hospital spokeswoman Myrna Manners said Columbia and the hospital “take allegations of this nature very seriously” but she declined to comment further on pending litigation.

The Hillbilly Prepper SAVAGE!!!!!!!!!
he manhunt continues for a Valrico man who took off when he was confronted by federal agents Monday morning.
Marty Winters, 55, is described as a "prepper," a survivalist who preaches that the end is near.
This morning at about 8:40 a.m., the FBI tried to serve a search warrant on Winters, but he took off on foot. They've been searching for him throughout the day and are going through his home here on Williams Boulevard where they suspect he was assembling small explosives.
Acting on a tip, the FBI had been investigating Winters for months.
Neighbors say he has been stock-piling weapons, food and other items, preparing for the end of the world.
"He's a prepper. A preparer for the end. Because biblically, the time's right," said Tom, a friend of Winters' who was riding his motorcycle near the home Monday.
Tom says he and others would attend weekly church services held on Winters' porch, where he would quote Bible verses and cite current events suggesting the end of times is near.
READ: WINTERS FEDERAL INDICTMENT
He says Winters was prepping by storing food underground, raising livestock and collecting weapons -- ready to defend his property from the government or anyone else who tried to take it.
"Any man, an American, anybody has a right to defend their property," said Tom. "Anybody, against invasion. When anarchy kicks in, he doesn't want to expose himself to the gunfire downtown."
The FBI says it had no problem with Winters stockpiling food, or even weapons, as long as it was done legally. Even his published anti-Obama rantings, a sentiment clearly shared by Winters' neighbors, are his constitutional right, authorities say.
"He's anti-Obama that's for sure," said Tom, who described himself the same way.
