The savage Herpes clan

A wealthy parking-lot magnate has been accused of giving his model girlfriend herpes after promising her he was clean of all sexually transmitted diseases, it emerged today.

The unnamed Soho model is suing William Lerner, 57, who owns Imperial Parking Systems, for $5million.

Papers filed yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court say that Lerner met the 43-year-old model at an art gallery in 2012 and wooed her for several months. They went on 'expensive' dates and he even took her to Aruba on a romantic trip.
The model told the New York Post:'We had fallen in love. It was a very serious relationship very quickly. The entire time, I had protected sex with him.

'It did cross my mind that maybe he should be tested, but on the other hand, I trusted him completely.'

It was in March 2012 that Lerner convinced her he didn't have any health issues and they had unprotected sex for the first time.

It was just a few days later she experienced a herpes outbreak, the papers allege.

When she went to the doctor, he told her she had recently been exposed to the herpes virus.

When she contacted Lerner and confronted him about it, he allegedly offered to pay $700 in medical expenses.

She ended their relationship soon after, her lawyers, Matthew Blit and Justin Clark, said.

Lerner's lawyers have yet to respond for comment.

It is not known if Lerner and his wife Alexandra are estranged. They have two sons.

The savage fraud clan

A Patchogue man who formerly worked on the Long Island Rail Road plead guilty Monday to charges of lying in order to receive federal disability benefits, reports Newsday and confirmed by Patch from an announcement by the US Attorney's office.

Donald Alevas, 54, is the 26th person to admit to being part of a scheme to defraud the Railroad Retirement Board, says the report. Alevas was arrested in July 2012 on the charges, and now faces up to five years in prison. Newsday reports that advisory federal sentencing guidelines call for him to get zero to six months. Patch has confirmed these sentencing guidelines from documents issued by the US Department of Justice related to his case.

According to those documents, Alevas submitted the fraudulent statements on or around Oct. 27, 2009.

“I made a material false statement about the ability to perform certain activities. The ability to drive, the ability to walk, and the ability to stand,” Alevas is reported to have said to U.S. Magistrate Michael Dolinger.

According to the US Attorney's office, the scheme took advantage of the LIRR's contract allowing employees to retire at age 50 if they had been employed by the railroad for at least 20 years. Those that would received lower pension payments than those who retired between age 60 to 65. However, those employees who retired and claimed disability could receive disability payment from the Railroad Retirement Board on top of their pension, regardless of age. By receiving both payments, the retiree can receive an amount roughly equivalent to the base salary earned while working.

Prosecutor Tatiana Martins reportedly called the case unique because Alevas has an actual hearing disability that could possibly have been used to qualify for benefits, but other physical problems were claimed in his application.

Prosecutors said that Alevas, who was a former director of shop equipment, engineering and environmental compliance before retiring in 2008, allegedly wrote emails discussing a plan for filing a disability claim at the same time as his early retirement date. The criminal complaint also said that Alevas worked with Dr. Peter Ajemian of Syosset to fabricate medical notes from an exam that never took place, and claimed that he was in good health in applications for private disability insurance simultaneously with planning a federal disability claim. Ajemian has since also plead guilty, Newsday said.

Alevas is scheduled for sentencing on Jan. 7, 2014 at 11 a.m. by U.S. District Judge Kimba M. Wood. So far 33 people have been charged in the LIRR disability fraud scheme, during which 26 have pled guilty and three have been convicted following trial, US Attorney's office said.

The SAVAGE feces cLan

A mom who was allegedly caught rubbing feces on her baby’s face has been arrested in Pennsylvania.

Lauren Buzard now faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment of a child after she used his feces to make him ill.

Her actions were caught on surveillance cameras that had been placed in the 6-month-old boy’s room at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, according to WPXI.com .

WPXI.com reports that the cameras had recorded Buzard retrieving dirty linen out of the hamper, smearing the pad on the diaper and smearing something on the child’s nasal feeding tube.

She also allegedly smeared waste on the baby’s face and told investigators he had vomited.

Doctors believe that Buzard has been actively harming her child in order to “gain the benefit of exhaustive medical evaluation and attention,’ WPXI.com reports.

Doctors had put the cameras in the boy’s room, concerned that the woman might be doing something to make him sick, since he had been brought to the hospital several times.

HARLEM SAVAGES - A REAL MAGILLA

The mom of the thug who savagely beat a transgender woman to death tried to pin the crime on one of his friends, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

“She brought this innocent kid in to the [32nd] Precinct [in Harlem] and he confessed,” saying he was too drunk to remember the crime, said one source.

But cops arrested Paris Wilson, 20, based on witnesses’ description of the clothes of the slayer of Islan Nettles, 21, on Saturday, sources said., sources said. The medical examiner has ruled the case a homicide, and the DA’s office is weighing whether to upgrade charges.

But the “other suspect” was wearing a completely different outfit that night and was released without being charged, sources said.

Wilson’s mom has yet to be charged. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is still investigating.

Wilson made a pass at Nettles, thinking that she was born a woman, but Nettles told him she wasn’t, sources said.

Embarrassed, Wilson traded insults with Nettles, but the war of words soon escalated into violence, sources said.

“Nettles initially beat the crap out of him, but then Wilson turned the tables on her and beat her into a coma,” a police source said.

Police responded and arrested Wilson on assault charges.

Last Thursday, Nettles was taken off life support at Harlem Hospital and pronounced dead.

BROOKLYN SAVAGE ((PHOTO & VIDEO))
.
Police arrested a man in the fatal shooting of a Brooklyn store owner.

If Robert Bullock feels any remorse over Monday's killing, he has a funny way of showing it.

"Robert, do you have anything to say?" Eyewitness News reporter Josh Einiger asked.

SAVAGE DEFINED: "*Expletive* my *expletive*," Bullock said.

Police say Bullock is the man in black in the surveillance video, obtained exclusively by Eyewitness News.

The video depicts him nonchalantly riding his bike past several storefronts on New Lots Avenue, eventually resting it on a graffiti covered gate.

After standing around a bus stop for eight minutes, he walked out of frame and into the New Attitude Variety Store, where cops say he gunned down Mohammed Bilal, a young father of a two-month-old girl.

A coworker says Bullock was trying to rob Bilal, but panicked and the gun went off, hitting the 32-year-old in the chest.

Bullock denied killing Bilal.

His own mother was there, to see cops cart him away.

SAVAGE MOTHER: "My son is a good guy. He's a very good guy," the suspect's mother said.

"So why did they arrest him?" Einiger asked.

"You all got the wrong person," his mother said.

RIDGEWOOD SAVAGES
.
A couple of heartless thieves robbed two children at gunpoint inside their grandparents’ Ridgewood home and made off with $45,000 worth of jewelry, sources said.

The grandparents went shopping, leaving the victims, ages 12 and 4, alone at around 11 a.m. Wednesday, the sources said.

While the adults were gone, two men opened the unlocked front door and went upstairs into a back bedroom where the children were watching television, law-enforcement sources added.

The robbers asked,“Where is the money?” but the children did not respond, the sources said.

SAVAGE DEFINED: That prompted one of the thugs to pull out a handgun, point it at both children and cock the weapon as he demanded again to know where money was located, the sources added.

The children still didn’t answer, and the second suspect allegedly pointed to the bathroom and said,“Go inside here and we won’t hurt you.”

The thieves took the jewelry and $100, the grandmother later told cops.

About 10 minutes after they were ordered inside the bathroom, the children ran home to tell their mother what had happened, the sources said.

Levan C. Davis, 21, also faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery against a peace officer in connection with the Aug. 7 incident, according to the Will County Circuit Court Web site.

Charges were filed Aug. 8, the day after the incident, against Davis, who was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot twice.

Davis' next court date is Sept. 5, according to the Will County sheriff's office.

The incident began when police responded to a call from a residence in the 300 block of Walnut Circle at about 9:15 a.m. Aug. 7, according to Bolingbrook police Lt. Michael Rompa. A father, who police did not identify, called 911 and said his son was violent and had just tried to attack him.

"The father believed the son was off his medication and had possibly just smoked marijuana," Rompa said.

When officers arrived, they were "immediately attacked" by Davis, Rompa said. One officer was struck in the head with a metal fence pole. When Davis attempted to strike the officer a second time, another officer fired two rounds at Davis in an attempt to stop the attack, Rompa said.

A 16-month-old boy was fatally shot in the head last night by a killer who had been gunning for his dad, a police source said.

Little Antiq Hennis was struck down in front of his horrified parents, who were pushing him along a Brooklyn street in his stroller.

He died at Brookdale Hospital at 8:50 p.m. about an hour after the gunman opened fire at Bristol Street and Livonia Avenue in Brownsville.

“I heard three to four shots,” said a witness, Gina Gamboa, 23.“I saw a man with a stroller screaming,‘My baby got shot! My baby got shot.’

“He was going crazy."

Police believe the bullet — which struck Antiq in the left side of his skull — had been meant for his father, Anthony Hennis, who has a record of more than 20 arrests in New York and Pennsylvania.

Cops have launched an all-out manhunt for the killer who gunned down a baby in his stroller, following leads from Brooklyn community organizers who say they know who pulled the trigger.

With a Brooklyn neighborhood up in arms over the latest senseless shooting and debate raging over the city’s stop-and-frisk policy, the death of 1-year-old Antiq Hennis left a shattered Brownsville in shock.

“We know exactly who the shooter is,” said Tony Herbert, a neighborhood activist.“It was a beef between the shooter’s brother and the baby’s father.”

Herbert said yesterday people in the neighborhood have come forward with a street name of the thug who shot Antiq in the head on a Brownsville street Sunday evening.

Herbert said there were ongoing negotiations to get the shooter to surrender.

SMD: Savage of Mass Destruction

An MTA electrician who worked out of a storage yard in Richmond Hill allegedly caused more than half a million dollars’ worth of damage across the Nassau County border early Tuesday when he tore through the town of Elmont, L.I, in a stolen boom truck, leaving a path of downed utility poles, trees and traffic signs in his wake, police said.

The pre-dawn rampage began when Joel Grasman, 51, absconded with a 2013 Mack boom truck loaded with welding equipment around 4 a.m. from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority yard at Jamaica Avenue and 129th Street, Nassau police said.

Grasman then drove the truck about a dozen miles to his home in Elmont, where he unloaded the stolen equipment, police said.

What happened next, authorities said, was Grasman drove the truck from his house with the boom in the upright position, traveling a few blocks before turning south on Meacham Avenue, where he left a warpath of crooked utility poles and dangling power lines stretching about a mile long.

“While [Grasman was] driving, the boom struck multiple telephone poles, traffic signal lights, utility wires and trees causing damage and interruption to various utilities, including LIPA services, Verizon services and Optimum services, causing in excess of $500,000 damage,” police said.
Emblem Health

A spokesman for the Long Island Power Authority said Grasman took out about 15 utility poles as the truck’s boom ensnared the overhead wires.

“It’s not so much the truck hitting the pole, but when the bucket was up and it hit wires, as the wires come down the pole comes down with it if the wire doesn’t snap,” spokesman Mark Gross said.“We had about 60 sections of wire come down and dozens of service lines — the lines going from the pole to the customer’s house. In some cases, we saw meters were ripped right off the house.”

Gross said about 6,100 customers had their power knocked out as a result of the damage, and it took around 100 workers to restore most of the power by late Tuesday night, except for a few homes that were so damaged power could not be hooked up.

Police ran the license plates and discovered the black Ford had been stolen from West Palm Beach. The truck’s owner said there was .38 caliber revolver in the vehicle.

Around 9 p.m. police saw the pickup wanted in the robbery earlier that day moving southbound on Crescent Street in the vicinity of Broadway.

They allegedly attempted to pull Sarback over. Shots were fired, police said, and one of the officers was struck by the vehicle as it fled.

Both cops were taken to Cornell Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries where they were treated and released.

The abandoned vehicle was later found on 24th Street, in the vicinity of 37th Avenue. Sarback was identified as the suspect when a canvas of the area turned up a cell phone.

TRAVELERS REST, SC (FOX Carolina)-

A woman and her boyfriend have been charged with stealing cash and other items while babysitting, according to Travelers Rest police.

Paige Holly, 25, and Jason Duckett, 24, were both charged with grand larceny, according to police. Duckett was also charged with forgery, as well as held on a shoplifting charge from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office.

Holly was hired to babysit two young children for two days while the parents went on vacation, according to police.

When the parents arrived home after their vacation, they noticed money missing from hiding spots around the house, including a piggy bank, they said.

The victims first became suspicious when they found McDonald's wrappers around the house when they told Holly they wanted the kids to eat healthy, they said in the police report. After that, the victims noticed a dent in the dryer door and money missing from a green clear plastic piggy bank, the report stated.

The victims then looked around the house and found more money and other items missing from different locations, according to the report.

Checks were also reportedly stolen and attempted to be cashed by Duckett, according to police.

FOX Carolina spoke with the father, who wants to remain anonymous. He said that Holly had babysat for his two small children before and that she had been referred from a friend as being trustworthy.

"We feel absolutely betrayed. We feel like we've lost a tremendous amount of trust in people in general as a result of this, which is a very sad and sickening feeling to have," the father said.

He said that of his checks that were missing, one had already been cashed, written to "Jason Duckett." He said Bank of Travelers Rest stopped Duckett before he could cash any more checks.

Police said cash, power tools and jewelry were taken from the house.

SMD: Savage of Mass Destruction

Michael Brandon Hill, the man police said fired at least six shots Tuesday at a Decatur, Ga., elementary school had mental health issues and was making a plea for help, according to local authorities and people who knew him.

Hill, 20, seemed friendless and rarely talked about his family, Natasha Knotts told the Associated Press in a story carried by WABC-TV. She and her husband, pastors at the church Hill attended, took Hill into their home for six months when he was in his late teens. Knotts described herself as a mother figure to him.

They knew he had "a mental disorder" before he came into their home, Knotts said. But she described him as quiet and said he did not display anger or violent tendencies.

Knotts told AP she was stunned when she learned Hill had been taken into custody following the incident at Ronald E. McNair Discovery Learning Academy. It was "totally out of his character" and, she believed, a plea for help. She added:

"Unfortunately, he didn't know a better way to get it."

No one was hurt during the incident at the 800-student McNair school. Officials say Hill carried several weapons, including an AK-47-style rifle, into the school. He exchanged several shots with police outside the building and fired one round in the school office. Television cameras captured images of pupils from pre-kindergarten to fifth grade fleeing the building, accompanied by pollce and teachers.

The Savage North Carolina Clan.

Krap Slop's savage neck of the woods.

KNOTTS ISLAND, N.C.- Police in North Carolina have arrested 16-year-old Rebecca Blackmore, who is accused of stabbing her newborn baby girl to death.

The Currituck County teenager is being held on $500,000 bond on a charge of first-degree murder.

Currituck County Sheriff Susan Johnson says the incident happened on June 17. Blackmore was admitted to the emergency room at Chesapeake General Hospital in Virginia, saying she had given birth and that the child had died.

Currituck deputies found the baby's body in a closet at Blackmore's Knotts Island home.

Johnson says an autopsy completed Monday showed that stab wounds caused the newborn's death.

The court clerk's office says Blackmore next court appearance is scheduled for July 6.

Another tale from the savage Hillbillies

The Kill'em Clan

Prosecutors announced during a brief proceeding that they will be indicting Maxwell Sherman in the murder of 18-year-old Lauren Daverin. Daverin’s body was found on a footbridge in Rockville Centre on August 22.

Sherman, 18 of Long Beach, was accused of the murder last week and indicted by a grand jury on Friday. Nassau County prosecutors have not revealed the specific charges against Sherman, but according to Newsday, he will be facing second-degree murder charges.

Daverin, who was from Lynbrook, was found on the Mill Pond footbridge between Merrick Road and Sunrise Highway. Local residents say the footbridge is a popular hang-out spot for teenagers. Daverin was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics, and it was later revealed that she was strangled to death.

During a proceeding in Mineola, Assistant District Attorney Everett Witherell told District Court Judge Francis Ricigliano in Mineola that an indictment had been secured. Since he is accused of a felony, Sherman’s arraignment will be held in County Court.

Sherman’s attorney, William Petrillo, stated that the indictment was expected. Sherman attended the proceeding in handcuffs.

“A grand jury indictment in a situation like this doesn't come very much as a surprise. There's a very low burden of proof in the grand jury in order to obtain an indictment," Petrillo said in an interview with Newsday.

Police have not stated a possible motive for the killing. Nor have they stated what the relationship was between Sherman and Daverin, who was married.

The day before he was arrested, Sherman was interviewed by reporters from CBS News. He admitted that he was with a group of friends near the murder scene on the night that Daverin was killed.

“I met her for like five minutes,” he told the reporter.“It’s right in the middle of town,[I’m] surprised.”

Sherman is being held without bail.
