The savage assault clan
A Wake Forest teen has been charged in connection with a string of assaults along the Upper Neuse Greenway Trail.
Brett Edward Gunter Hill, 17, is charged with two counts of sexual battery, one count of indecent exposure, and one count of assault and battery.
Police say on March 9, Hill slapped a victim's buttocks, resulting in a sexual battery charge. On May 12, he exposed himself to a female victim, resulting in the indecent exposure charge. On June 5, he reportedly tried to pull down a victim's shorts, results in the second sexual battery charge.
During the most recent incident, on June 11, which resulted in a charge of assault and battery, Hill pulled a victim to the ground. The victim told police that it was obvious that he intended to expose himself to her.
Police say all of the incidents occurred at various location along or directly adjacent to the greenway.
On May 29, two female victims reported that a white male exposed himself to them while walking along the greenway, although Hill has not been charged in connection with that incident.

A quirky Brooklyn model died early yesterday after he drunkenly stumbled onto a subway track’s electric third rail while urinating in Williamsburg, law-enforcement sources said.
Matthew Zeno, 30, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, and a pal had left the Gotham City Lounge in Bushwick and were waiting for the G train at Broadway and Union Avenue at about 3:10 a.m. when Zeno felt nature calling, sources said.
Zeno, who wore an orange mohawk and worked as a part-time ad model, and Aaron Quisenberry, 26, jumped onto the tracks but were spooked when they heard a train rumbling into the station and started to stagger away. Zeno stumbled onto the electrified rail.
“He was peeing, and he tripped,” one source told The Post.
I LOVE THIS>>>Quisenberry tried to help his pal but was shocked when he touched him. SHOCKED! SHOCKED!
Zeno was pronounced dead at Woodhull Hospital.

One man has been arrested and cops are searching for two more suspects in a terrifying incident in which a University Heights couple was tied up and robbed at gunpoint in their apartment.
Julio Cuello, 22, and his suspected accomplices, Volquez Rishel and Luis Almanzar (PHOTO), allegedly knocked on a door in a building at East 177th Street and Watson Avenue at 10:30 p.m. May 2 and told the couple that water was leaking into the apartment below.
The trio then forced their way into the home — which included the residents’ 3-year-old daughter — bound the couple, ransacked the place and made off with cash and cellphones, according to investigators.
No injuries were reported, police said.
Cuello was arrested Saturday on burglary, robbery and weapon charges, cops said. Rishel and Almanzar, both 21, are being sought.

Another tale from the savage Hillbillies
The savage Bonanno clan
Four reputed "made" members of the Bonanno crime family and four associates of the mob organization were indicted Tuesday on charges ranging from corruption and extortion to loan sharking and drug dealing, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance announced. New York's Italian organized crime families have been brought down by a slew of prosecutions in recent years, leading some to believe "old-school" mob activity in NYC was over.
This indictment proves otherwise. Vance called Tuesday’s indictment “the absolute heartland of what organized crime prosecutions are about -- prosecuting in one fell swoop the diversified rackets of organized crime families.”
The names of the reputed Italian crime family members included alleged Bonanno captain Nicholas “Nicky Mouth” Santora and members of his crew -- acting capos Vito Badamo and Ernest Aiello, soldier Anthony “Skinny” Santoro. Also arrested were Dominick Siano, Nicholas Bernhard, Scott O’Neill and Anthony Urban, who were identified by the DA’s office as Bonanno associates.
Bernhard, the president of Teamsters Union Local 917, allegedly used his position to dispatch O’Neill, the union’s assistant shop steward, to recruit union members to borrow money from mob loansharkers and place bets with the Bonanno family’s gambling operations, Vance alleged.
“The charges against this Bonanno crew and their captain, Nicholas Santora, make clear that traditional organized crime refuses to go away. This crew’s use of a union president in its corrupt activities is detrimental to honest union workers everywhere,” Vance said in a statement announcing the indictment.“I would like to thank our partners in the NYPD, U.S. Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Department of Labor for their assistance with this case.”
The Bonanno family members and associates arrested were accused of taking part in a wide range of mob-associated illegal activity, including extortion, gambling and drug dealing. Santoro, Bernhard and Urban also face gun possession charges.

The Druggie Doris Duke clan
The mother of twin 15-year-old heirs to the Doris Duke fortune has been accused of using hired bodyguards and a 'SWAT team' to stop a bank from serving her with legal papers that demand she account for how she is spending their trust fund.
This is just the latest duel between JP Morgan, the administrator of the $29million trust fund left by the tobacco heiress, and Daisha Inman - the mother of Georgia and Walker Inman.
JP Morgan is holding the fortune in trust until the 15-year-old twins turn 21. The bank has for years battled with Daisha, claiming she is trying to 'drain' the trust fund with lavish spending - including $50,000 for Christmas gifts and $16million for a sprawling Utah estate.
According to court documents filed on June 20, process server Nik Coffen went to Inman's home in Park City, Utah, and attempted to serve her with legal papers on May 9, DNAinfo.com reports.
Georgia Noel Lahi Inman and Walker Patterson Inman III are the great-step-niece and nephew of heiress Doris Duke, once described as 'the richest girl in the world.'
Their father, Walker Inman Jr, who died in 2010 of a drug overdose, married Daisha, a former topless dancer, as his fourth wife.

The savage septic tank clan.
Kenneth Enslow was reportedly caught peeping by a 7-year-old girl and her mother Ambra Reynolds on Sunday when the two went to use the women's bathroom at the White Water Park near Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The park's toilet facilities have a septic tank that rests under the plastic toilet seats.
The females heard coughing, looked down into the toilet and saw Enslow him looking up at them, said Reynolds.
"It's not something you expect to see whenever you're wanting to go to the restroom," Reynolds told KJRH. "I screamed, grabbed my daughter, trampled my son on the way out scared to death. We ran out."
"It's like he was just sitting down in the water just wading. Like waving his hands kind of just wading in the water."
According to an arrest report, "[Enslow] was standing with his head and shoulders out of the hole and he was covered in feces."
Enslow told police that his girlfriend "Angel" knocked him out, put him the back of a car and dumped him in the septic tank.
However, after being taken to a local hospital, Enslow admitted he made the story up.
Enslow was charged with being a Peeping Tom, a misdemeanour. He is also being held on warrants going back to 1998 for embezzlement and illegal dumping, noted KOTV.

The Catch me if you can clan
SAN DIEGO -- "Catch me if you can."
San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said Wanda Podgurski sent that taunting tweet after skipping trial in January while facing charges of insurance of fraud.
But then authorities did catch her.
Podgurski, 60, was captured on the Fourth of July in Rosarito Beach, Mexico, a popular retirement spot for American expatriates only 15 miles south of San Diego. She pleaded not guilty Monday to failure to appear while free on bail.
Podgurski was sentenced in absentia last month to more than 20 years in prison and ordered to pay more than $1 million in fines and restitution.
Three weeks after her initial tweet on June 5, Podgurski's feed read, "'Help find me before I con anyone else." Two other posts were links to stories about her vanishing act.
Podgurski's Twitter profile reads, "On the run possibly in Iran."
Her account follows 32 people and agencies, many of them FBI branches and other law enforcement authorities. Dumanis' office said the district attorney was the only one Podgurski followed while on the run.
The district attorney's office declined to say how authorities tracked down Podgurski, saying only that information from the Twitter account was turned over to its Computer and Technology Crime High-Tech Response Team, known by the acronym Catch.

The Savage cat killer clan
A convicted cat killer blamed the brutal attack on the animal in a desperate attempt to receive leniency from a judge yesterday — but the jurist didn’t bite.
“I don’t understand a cat’s actions, but I had the tire iron to change a flat, and it attacked me,” Richard Ferrugio said before Queens Supreme Court Justice Joseph Zayas sentenced him to a year in jail.
“You are a criminal. The jury’s verdict made you a criminal ... A prison sentence is warranted. You acted with aggravated cruelty to an animal, which you admitted to,” said Zayas.
Ferrugio, 50, of Ozone Park, used a wrench to beat the black-and-white kitty in February 2012 after it scratched his arm as he fixed his car’s tire outside of Neir’s Tavern.
“This defendant should be the example and sentenced to the maximum to show that his actions against animals won’t be tolerated. It is proven that acts against animals turn to acts of violence with humans,” said Queens Assistant District Attorney Hugo Basso.
He added that Ferrugio turned down probation offers on “several occasions,” despite warnings that he could get jail time.
Ferrugio’s attorney, Sean McNicholas, had said his client is a dog owner and should be given probation, not jail time.
Ferrugio told police at the time of his arrest that he gave the animal one swipe with the tool, but then,“I saw the cat shaking and in misery, so I didn’t want to let the cat suffer anymore, so I hit it until the cat was dead to put it out of its misery and pain.”
Witnesses told a different story, testifying they saw Ferrugio take the metal rod from the trunk of a Nissan Altima and bludgeon the cat as onlookers pleaded with him to stop, said Queens DA Richard A. Brown.
The jury quickly found Ferrugio guilty of felony aggravated cruelty to animals and criminal possession of a weapon, said Brown. He was acquitted of harassment and menacing charges.

A surveillance camera caught this gunman as he opened fire on a 29-year-old man at a gas station in Laconia, police said.
The suspect can be seen ducking behind a pump at the BP station on East Gun Hill Road and popping out his head before firing away at 4:35 a.m. June 30, cops said.
The victim survived despite a bullet ripping through his left arm and lodging in his chest, police said.
He was listed as being in stable condition last night at a local hospital, according to investigators.
The suspect was seen jumping behind the wheel of a late-model Dodge Challenger and speeding away, cops said.
He was estimated to be in his late 20s or early 30s, and was wearing a red T-shirt with an unusual pattern out front, police said.
The motive for the shooting was not immediately known, detectives said, adding that they were checking whether the men were affiliated with rival gangs or may have argued at a club earlier that night, sources said.
BED-STUY WILDERBEEST ATTACK
The two young women are being sought in connection with the beating and attempted robbery of a 49-year-old woman in Bedford-Stuyvesant, police said.
The duo allegedly jumped the woman outside a bar on Halsey Street near Tompkins Avenue at about 6:30 a.m. June 28.
They punched the victim in the head and kicked her, but she managed to fight them off, prompting the muggers to scamper across Halsey Street and make good their escape, according to investigators.
The victim later refused medical attention, detectives said.
Surveillance video captured the vicious beating of a 62-year-old woman who was robbed in the lobby of a Bronx apartment building, police said.
The suspect (pictured) grabbed the woman from behind in the Bedford Park building around 3:40 a.m., June 29, cops added. He threw her to the floor and fought with her before grabbing cash and running away from the Briggs Avenue crime scene, police said.
A three-judge panel has found a man not guilty by reason of insanity in the death of a homeless man he admitted to killing and partially eating.
The Connecticut Post reports the judges deliberated about an hour Tuesday before finding that prosecutors had proven 35-year-old Tyree Lincoln Smith (PHOTO) of Lynn Haven, Fla., killed and cannibalized Angel Gonzalez in December 2011, but that Smith was legally insane at the time.

KKKILLER KKKABBIE SAVAGE
A muscle-bound Brooklyn felon pleaded guilty today to beating his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son to death in a deal that will get him 10 years behind bars.
Tyree Wright, 21, got angry at Jaquil Degraffenreid after the little boy made a mess playing with baby powder and backhanded the child twice, court documents state.
“It was a reckless act. There was no intent to harm the child,” defense attorney Lawrence Fredella claimed after court.
The plea deal was made after consulting with the dead child’s family, prosecutors said during court.
Wright was on probation for robbery when he beat the child to death.
A man cruelly robbed one elderly Long Island City man twice in two weeks, authorities said.
The victim, 73, was in the Queensbridge Houses, near 41st Avenue and 21st Street, at 11:15 a.m. on June 29 when the suspect crept up, grabbed his neck chain and fled, cops said.
Then, at about 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, the thief shoved his way into the same man’s home, grabbed him by the throat, threw him to the ground, scooped up some electronics and fled, police said.
The victim was treated for minor injuries at Mount Sinai Hospital.
The suspect was described as being in his 20s and about 5-foot-9, and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and a Yankee cap.
A 20-year-old man was arrested yesterday in connection with the fatal shooting of a Crown Heights man last month.
Jermaine Benjamin, 32, was gunned down in front of a building on Saint John’s Place near Schenectady Avenue at 11:40 p.m. on June 25, cops said.
He was pronounced dead of a gunshot wound to the chest at Interfaith Hospital, police said.
Dayshawn Walkin, 20, was charged with murder and possession of a loaded gun, cops said.
SAVAGE DEFINED: Despite his age, he already has several priors, including for such serious charges as weapon possession and assault, according to police sources.
A Queens livery cabbie’s refusal to drive two drunks home turned deadly when he lashed out with a wooden bat and blade — killing one of them, cops and witnesses said.
The driver, who is in the wind, turned homicidal after arguing with two tipsy passengers, who were protesting for a lift home in his cab at around 5 a.m.
The two men—ages 33 and 26—began arguing with the cabbie while standing on Roosevelt Ave. near 68th Street were in good spirits just before the deadly encounter.
Sources said they were knocking down drinks at a local bar and entered a bodega beaming.
“They were smiling a lot, like they were happy about something,” the clerk, who sold the men two six-packs of suds, told The Post.
The clerk added the pair came into the bodega buzzed but not belligerent, and said they were planning to call it a night.
“They said they were going home to relax.”
Beer in hand, the pair attempted to hail the cab.
The driver stopped, but then reconsidered after noticing the men were intoxicated and refused to let them inside his car.
Tempers flared, and the driver got out of his car, pulled out a wooden bat and smashed his rear window before pummeling the dejected passengers who defended themselves with the bottles of beer they just bought, police sources said.
The driver then drew a long knife and stabbed the 33-year-old victim in the torso, cops said.
When his 26-year-old friend tried to intervene he was stabbed in the chest.
The driver then sped off in his cab, leaving the two men bleeding in the street.
