The Krap Slop kissing Clan

When 62-year-old Peggy Hill reportedly laid a wet one on a police officer, she basically kissed her freedom goodbye.

The Florida woman was arrested for allegedly kissing a cop on the nose Saturday evening and jailed on charges of felony battery of a law enforcement officer.

Authorities were responding to a report of an altercation between Hill and one of her Bradenton neighbors when the smooch reportedly took place.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office arrest report, obtained by The Smoking Gun, Sgt. Randy Lamb was speaking to Hill when she suddenly leaned in and kissed him on the nose.

"[S]he approached him and kissed him on his nose against his will. He stepped away from her, wiped off the saliva from his nose, attempted to take her into custody and she started to struggle with him," an assisting officer wrote in the report.

Deputies noted that Hill later allegedly admitted to drinking about three glasses of wine prior to the debacle, the Sun-Sentinel reports.

A search of the Manatee County Sheriff's Office website reveals that Hill is still in custody on $5,000 bond.

You continue to be blind, dumb, stupid and ignorant.

How did you miss this one?

Tampa, Florida -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says an arrest has been made in connection to the Interstate 4 shooting death from over the weekend.

Investigators arrested 48-year-old Jerome Edward Hayes of St. Cloud, who according to his lawyer, turned himself in voluntarily on Monday morning.

A gun belonging to Hayes has also reportedly been confiscated, but his lawyer is not sure if it is the one used in the shooting.

During a press conference Monday afternoon, Colonel Donna Lusczynski clarified that this incident did not stem from road rage, but rather a case of mistaken identity, "and being in the wrong place at the wrong time."

The Arsonist Clan

He plead not guilty to all charges and will appear in court again on July 17th. The defense asked he be ordered to take a psychiatric evaluation.

Steven Taylor Rutherford, 47, was arrested last week following a months-long investigation by Cal Fire.

Rutherford could face 80 years in prison if convicted of 13 counts of arson with sentence-enhancing allegations of using incendiary devices for the purpose of intentionally setting a fire and causing destruction of property.

The convicted felon, who is being held in lieu of $5 million bail at the Robert Presley Jail in downtown Riverside, was slated to make his initial court appearance this afternoon at the Riverside Hall of Justice.

``This individual is a serial arsonist who poses a dangerous risk to the citizens of Southern California,'' Riverside County District Attorney Paul Zellerbach said during a news briefing at the D.A.'s headquarters.

Zellerbach was joined by San Bernardino County District Attorney Mike Ramos, Riverside County Fire Department Chief John Hawkins, Cal Fire SoCal Regional Chief Dale Hutchinson and Deputy District Attorney Amy Zeta, who will be prosecuting the Rutherford case.

According to investigators, the defendant is responsible for nine fires in the San Gorgonio Pass and southern San Bernardino County going back to Sept. 6, 2011.

The most recent blaze, the ``Mills Fire,'' occurred June 28 in the area of Mills Creek and Newport roads on the outskirts of Mentone, scorching 534 acres and damaging four properties, including two homes.

``We have a zero tolerance for arson,'' Hawkins said.``You can't measure the impact just in acres; there's destruction of homes, damage to other property, evacuations, people frightened of losing everything.''

According to Zellerbach, there were two injuries associated with the fires -- a member of an inmate hand crew who suffered minor burns and a firefighter who collapsed from heat exhaustion.

``Arsonists are cowards,'' Ramos said.``They light and run. We take these cases very seriously.''

Redus, 29, told authorities that she placed the ad because she struggles with depression and anxiety. She is currently pregnant. The ad stated:
"Hi, I'm trying to adopt out my three-year-old son. I'm not in a good place in my life and don't feel like I can care for him properly, but don't know where to start."
"If you or know anyone who is interested in caring for him please let me know. I'm a single mom and can't do this. Thanks, Desperate."
The May 1 posting has since been taken down by Craigslist, but not before police got word of it and questioned Redus after locating her through the ad.
"The defendant stated that she did make the post but never intended to give ...[the] child up for adoption," an officer told the Houston Chronicle.
"The defendant responded that she is currently pregnant and has not been able to take her medication to combat her depression and anxiety."
Redus told authorities that "the posting was to help with her anxiety," and a neighbor who lives near Redus said he felt the boy seemed well cared for.
"You'd see them out here playing," John Kirby told KTRK. "The little boy, he goes around riding a little electric police car he's got. Nothing unusual."
The child is now with Child Protective Services. Redus is charged with advertising for placement of a child and is scheduled to appear in court May 21.

PROJECT SAVAGES FROM BROOKLYN
.
BROOKLYN — A rookie cop was injured Thursday night as he and his partner chased a gunman through the Cypress Hills Houses and another shooter opened fire on them, the NYPD said.

Officer Jamil Sarwar, who joined the force a year ago, was responding to reports of a shooting at Sutter and Fountain avenues about 10:45 p.m., police said.

As he raced to the scene, another gunman's bullet hit him in his right thigh.

Sarwar was rushed to Jamaica Hospital where he's expected to recover, cops said.

The mayhem began when officers in an elevated surveillance platform at the housing complex saw a man firing on someone and called for assistance, police said.

"Out of the corner of my eye, I see a guy shooting — a lot of shots — about seven-to-10. There was no pause, one after another. It was pandemonium," said 39-year-old bodega worker J.J. Johnson.

The Hogtied clan

All he needed was a bow.

A Tulsa, Okla., homeowner practically gift-wrapped a present for local police Wednesday when he hogtied a burglary suspect and put him on his front lawn.

Denay Houston said that she and her husband, noticed that their daughter’s window had been broken early Wednesday morning, and then heard sounds coming from the couple’s garage.

Houston’s husband then pounced on the unsuspecting alleged thief and quickly tied his arms behind his back with a rope.

"He's like a superhero," Denay Houston told NewsOn6.

Houston’s husband then forced the man to the ground, hogtied him on the couple’s lawn, called police, and went off to work.

"That's just the type of person he is, you know? That's just the type of person he is. Business is business.'I got to take care of business, he's safe, the police are coming, I got to go,'" said Houston, who is nine months pregnant.

When police arrived at the scene, they found 31-year-old Robert Cole where Houston had left him, and arrested him on one charge of first degree burglary.

Houston’s wife attributed his skill with rope to his years of working with horses.

Cole is being held at the Tulsa County jail, and his bail has been set at $32,079.

Krap Slop, are you going to bail him?

It's only $32,079. You and all your kin can chip in and get Robert out.

Another tale from the Savage Hillbillies

The Extortion Clan

He was looking to make some dough off Paula Deen, but he bit off more than he could chew.

The FBI busted Thomas Paculis in upstate New York on Friday on charges he tried to extort Deen, the scandal-scarred former Food Network superstar — for $250,000.

Paculis, 62, cooked his own goose when he emailed Deen’s lawyer and demanded cash in exchange for keeping quiet about “true and damning” statements involving the television icon “using the N-word in her business practices,” according to court papers.

Deen, 66, was booted from Food Network and lost endorsement deals in June after admitting she had “of course” used the N-word at one point in the past but not for “a very long time.”

The butter-loving kitchen queen made the confession during a deposition for a civil lawsuit filed in 2012 by a former restaurant employee, Lisa Jackson.

“I am about to go public with statements refuting your (client’s) statements about using the ‘N’ word in her business practices at Lady and Son’s,” Paculis wrote June 24, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday in federal court in Savannah, Ga.

Krap Slop, he sort of look like you.

The Road Rage Clan

A case of alleged road rage has resulted in the incarceration of a Kentucky National Guardsman. According to a police report, Michael Sullivan became upset after a driver cut him off, and then slammed on his brakes on I-65 north near the Kennedy Bridge.

That's when officers say he pulled out a handgun and waved it at the other driver. Police say the victim called police. Officers found the two drivers pulled over at a gas station.

Jeremy Mull, Clark County Deputy Prosecutor, tells WDRB News, "When motorists feel aggravated they just need to put on the brakes, slow down, get some distance between themselves and the other party, and let the situation cool off -- certainly not escalate by pulling out handguns and waving around or pointing handguns at anybody."

Sullivan is charged with intimidation and having a handgun without a license.

Krap Slop why did your Hillbilly Kin kill again?

A 29-year-old Michigan woman accused of stabbing a woman to death in Duluth on Sunday made her first appearance in court Tuesday.

Nicole Leone Revello is charged with second degree murder in the stabbing death of 46-year-old Lisa Kay Davis.

Authorities responded to a residence in the 100th block of East 5th Street for a stabbing around 11:55 a.m. on Sunday.

Police located Davis, of Duluth, at the residence and she was transported to St. Lukes Hospital, where she died of her injuries. Revello was found in the back bedroom of the residence and was arrested.

According to the criminal complaint, Revello and Davis began arguing over a bag of clothing. The complaint states that Revello admitted to investigators that she intended to kill Davis and did so because she "had to shut her up".

An autopsy revealed that Davis died of a single stab wound on her back that severed her pulmonary artery, with the knife continuing through Davis' lung and puncturing her aorta . The criminal complaint states that when authorities asked Revello why she did not aid the victim after she stabbed her, Revello stated that "that wasn't the point."

In the courtroom, the prosecuting attorney called the stabbing a "cold and calculated attack." She stated that the location of the single stab wound and removing the knife was intentional so Davis would bleed to death.

The knife used by Revello was located in the residence along with a tool to sharpen knives.

The judge set bail for Revello at $250,000. Her next court appearance is scheduled for June 26 at 1:30.

Krap Slop, Your Hillybilly does it again.

A Wake County deputy suffered minor injuries Friday night after being dragged by a car during a traffic stop on Wimberly Road in Apex, the Wake County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputy Ricky Spivey stopped Michael Joseph Morgan, of 1129 Wimberly Road, less than half a mile from his home about 7:30 p.m., officials said.

During the stop, Morgan left the scene, dragging Spivey with his vehicle. Deputy Casey Miller, who had arrived at the traffic stop to assist Spivey, fired shots at Morgan's car, hitting him twice.

Morgan, who has been charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon on a government official, was taken to Duke Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said. Spivey suffered minor injuries.

The Wake County Sheriff's Office said the State Bureau of Investigation is now in charge of the investigation, which is standard in officer-involved shootings.

No other information about the shooting was released.

Krap Slop how close are you to Michael Joseph Morgan?
