KKKLAN PROJECT WARS

A young thug was sent silent and sullen to prison today for the random Harlem murder of high school basketball star Tayshana "Chicken" Murphy -- instead, his vile Facebook posting from an hour after the shooting spoke for him.

"Ville up hoe," Tyshawn Brockington, 23, had snarled online, a reference to Manhattanville Houses, which was at war with Murphy's Grant Houses, leaving her as a bloody, innocent casualty in her building's fourth floor stairwell two years ago.

By "Ville up," the killer had meant that in Murphy's death, Manhattanville had just notched a one-up victory in the two projects' senseless war, prosecutors explained.

And "Hoe" was the killer's final blow to the stranger who was his victim -- again senseless given her undisputed virtues as a sister, daughter, friend and athlete.

"Killing her was not enough," prosecutor Jeffrey Levinson said of Brockington at the emotional Manhattan Supreme Court sentencing. "He has to call her a prostitute, or a slut, or a whore."

PROJECT SAVAGES AT IT AGAIN:

Authorities in Brooklyn are searching for the person or persons who set an orange tabby cat on fire, burning his fur and skin and melting his claws, ultimately killing the animal.

Someone used an accelerant to set the stray cat on fire in the Tompkins Houses in Bedford-Stuyvesant on May 24, the Brooklyn prosecutor's office said. The cat had been living in the 12th-floor stairwell and was fed by various residents.

A neighbor discovered the burned cat last month and called 911, according to the prosecutor's office. Responding officers took the cat, which was so badly burned that tissue was exposed, to Animal Care and Control, where the veterinary staff stabilized him.

He was then sent to North Shore Animal League for more treatment, but died soon after from his injuries.

SAVAGE STATEN ISLAND ANIMAL

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.-- Confronted by cops Wednesday night over a mugging, a Port Richmond teen didn't go quietly.

Instead, Malik Alleyne, 17, sunk his teeth into one officer's leg and another's arm, prosecutors allege.

Court papers said the incident unfolded around 9:40 p.m. when Alleyne approached a victim on New Street and Cottage Place and asked for the time.

The victim took out his cell phone; Alleyne snatched it and bolted, court documents state.

The victim summoned cops who tracked down the suspect a few blocks away on Castleton Avenue and Simonson Place, said police.

Alleyne lives nearby on 1400 block of Castleton Avenue.

The suspect tussled with cops as they tried to arrest him, biting a sergeant's leg and an officer's arm, court records said. Both cops suffered lacerations.

He was charged with felony counts of assault and attempted third-degree robbery, said a spokesman for District Attorney Daniel Donovan. He's also accused of misdemeanor counts of attempted fourth-degree grand larceny and attempted petit larceny.

SAVAGE PACK ANIMALS

COOK COUNTY CRIMINAL COURTHOUSE — A crowd of people watched a man get beaten unconscious outside the Belmont Red, Brown and Purple Line Station early Sunday morning after he tried to take his cellphone back from a thief, prosecutors said.

Morgan Townsend, 22, and Deondre Williams, 18, appeared in court Tuesday, charged with multiple counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, robbery and mob action after the attack.

The victim, a 25-year-old man from Orland Hills, and a second victim were at the Belmont station, eyes fixed on their cellphones, when two unidentified thieves snatched the phones out of their hands and took off...The victims caught up with the suspected thieves in an alley adjacent to the CTA stop...They were able to detain one of the alleged thieves and were waiting for police when the suspect "dropped the phone on the ground, and an unknown female came by and picked it up."
Moments later, Townsend and Williams came into the alley and demanded the victims "let go of their friend," Antonietti said...The victims refused...Townsend allegedly started throwing punches, and Williams picked up a piece of wood, breaking it as he used it as a weapon against one of the victims.

At one point, between 15 and 20 people surrounded one victim as the two alleged attackers continued to beat him...A witness on his way home from a party stumbled upon the scene..."He was knocked out, completely," said the 36-year-old witness. "He was on the ground, right by the alley. One guy hit him in the face, and another guy kicked him. It looked like he was going to die or something."

Williams and Townsend, arrested soon after the attack, were ordered held on $350,000 bond by Cook County Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr. Tuesday.

Amy Dugan of Biloxi Mississippi came to the checkout counter of her local supermarket with 3 cans of Del Monte creamed corn. At $1.19 each her total bill was $3.57. She paid with a $5 bill and should have been given $1.43 in change but instead was given $1.45. Mrs Dugan did not notify the cashier of her 2 cent error and instead exited the store...pocketing the 2 cents.

Another Tale from the savage Hillbillies

The JR. Hillbillie Savage clan

Preliminary autopsy results indicate a 12-year-old boy shot his 9-year-old half brother and then shot himself at their grandparents' home in southern Ohio, the county coroner said Thursday.

Each boy had a gunshot wound to the head, Jackson County coroner Dr. Gregory P Hawker, told media outlets. It's unclear whether the first shooting was an accident.

Jackson City Police identified the boys as Austin Wiseman and his younger sibling, Blake Campbell. Police said they lived at their grandparents' home, where the shootings occurred Wednesday in an upstairs bedroom. Investigators don't believe anyone else was involved in their deaths.

Authorities have said that the grandparents were away at the time of the deaths, and that a .44-caliber handgun was recovered.

The boys' bodies were taken to Franklin County, some 65 miles north in Columbus, for autopsies, and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation was examining evidence collected from the home as authorities tried to determine what happened.

A man at the home who identified himself as an uncle said he had no comment Thursday afternoon. The two-story house is set back slightly from the road in an older neighborhood with a mix of residential houses and businesses.

Hawker told The Associated Press on Thursday that he couldn't comment on what might have led to the shootings, but authorities say no one else was at home at the time.

Shirley Causey, who said her grandson was a cousin and frequent playmate of the older boy, said Austin was "very protective" of his younger half brother. She described Austin as so polite that he wouldn't get a drink or snack without asking her permission when visiting.

Sadly, there is plenty against him now in the murder of his girlfriend as the Inquisitr reported on June 28, 2013, that a voicemail was recorded of him tormenting and then killing her.

34-year-old Jason Bohn is in a lot of trouble as he accidentally placed a phone call as he strangled 27-year-old Danielle Thomas in their apartment on June 24, 2012. Thomas' body was found in a bathtub full of ice, and Bohn had fled the scene.

He was arrested five days later while eating dinner at a restaurant with his mother and his lawyer.

On the voicemail, Bohn can be heard berating and questioning Thomas about a phone number in Massachusetts.

Why did you call 508? Why did you call that number?"

Thomas is then heard denying ever calling the phone number he is asking about. She pleads with Bohn to stop and repeatedly tells him, "I love you."

Middle Island man was arrested Thursday after allegedly breaking into a nonprofit animal shelter and stealing a Rottweiler puppy, Suffolk County police said.

Justin Geiger, 23, of Lake Court, will be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Central Islip on a charge of third-degree burglary. He was arrested in connection with a Tuesday night break-in at the Friends of Freddie Pet Rescue located at 210 Middle Country Road in Middle Island.

Police were called to the nonprofit shelter around 8 a.m. on Wednesday after an employee opening the shelter found the front door smashed and a puppy missing. When detectives spoke with employees, they learned that Geiger had went to the store earlier Tuesday and asked if the puppy had a microchip in it. The shelter workers told him that there was not.

On his Facebook page, Geiger posted a photo of the pup with a caption that read:“On his way see how this adoption go with my little man he only 6 week big as [expletive].” Detectives went to question Geiger and found that he had the dog in his possession. He was arrested at his home at 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday. Another photo on Geiger’s Facebook profile shows the pup on Wednesday sitting on what appears to be his couch.

A law enforcement sources said detectives didn’t believe Geiger stole the pup for money. The sources said it is believed that he just liked the dog and may have been seeking companionship. Officers returned the dog to the shelter and Friends of Freddie Pet Rescue posted a photo Friday morning of the pup, who police affectionately nicknamed Handcuff.

The animal shelter, which just moved to the new location on Middle Country Road, is set to hold an animal adoption event Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. There’s no word if Handcuff will make an appearance or be available for adoption.

The savage kidnapping clan

The first time the state could have indefinitely locked up the man charged with killing Cherish Perrywinkle, they let him out when he promised he’d get drug and psychosexual treatment.

The second time, they no longer deemed Donald James Smith a threat.

The third time, a plea bargain kept Smith out of state prison and made him ineligible to be deemed a “violent sexual predator.”

The chances to keep Smith in sex offender treatment started in 1999, with the most recent in 2012.

Smith, charged last Saturday in the kidnapping and death of 8-year-old Cherish, had been considered once to be dangerous enough to be held under a state law that keeps sex offenders in forced treatment even after their prison sentences expire.

After three years, Duval County court records show, prosecutors dismissed the petition to keep him involuntarily committed at the Florida Civil Commitment Center in Arcadia with the condition that he continue to be treated at his own cost.

The case was brought under the Jimmy Ryce Act, which was passed in 1998 after the 9-year-old was kidnapped, raped and murdered in Miami-Dade County.

All state prisoners with certain sexually motivated convictions are reviewed for possible detention under the act, which allows the state to hold them indefinitely for treatment after their sentences expire if they’re deemed to be violent sexual predators.

Harry Shorstein, who was state attorney at the time, said he didn’t recall the case.

“I do remember we were very, very aggressive on Jimmy Ryce cases,” Shorstein said.

Jackelyn Barnard, spokeswoman for State Attorney Angela Corey, did not return a call for comment.

The Department of Children and Families only makes recommendations to prosecutors on which offenders should be detained as violent sexual predators, but it’s up to prosecutors to make the case.

Dan Montaldi, administrator of the sexually violent predator program, said everything was done properly in Smith’s case on DCF’s end.

“There are a lot of different decisions they have to make whether a case should be taken to trial,” he said.“That’s best answered by [prosecutors].”

A stripper could have concealed her heroin stash if she wore more clothing, cops claim.

Exotic dancer Tiffany Evans, 20, was a passenger in a car pulled over in Springfield, upstate New York, at 3 a.m. Friday for running a red light.

Stepping out of the vehicle, nearly 50 small packets of drugs allegedly fell out from her short shorts.

"Since she was just coming from work at a local strip club she did not have enough clothing on to conceal the illegal narcotic," Springfield police Sgt. John Delaney told The Courant.

"There was no pant leg. That's how short they were. She tried to put them inside the pants, but she couldn't get them in there," Delaney added.

Evans, from Albany, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute.

The Starbucks sex savage clan

A man accused of placing a hidden camera inside a Sherwood Starbucks bathroom turned himself in on Tuesday.

Richard Eugene Ipsen, 59, of Tualatin, faces eight counts each of invasion of privacy and attempted invasion of privacy, police said. He turned himself in the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Police said on May 1, a Starbucks employee found an AC adapter with a hidden camera inside of it. Police released photos of the device on Tuesday.

Police released surveillance photos from Starbucks during their investigation, which included a person of interest they were looking for. Tips from the public helped police identify Ipsen as the suspect.

Sherwood police said during their investigation they learned there were additional victims at a home owned by Ipsen in Bend, Ore.

Sgt. Chris Carney with Bend police said officers served a search warrant at the home and found evidence that house guests were being recorded while they were using the toilet and shower.

Ipsen has not been charged with any crimes related to the Bend police investigation at this time, Carney said.

A Bronx high school teacher with a newborn baby was arrested early Wednesday for having sex with a 15-year-old student, cops said, the second instructor nabbed in the sexual abuse of a pupil in a week.

The sister showed the sexually explicit messages to their mother, who alerted school officials Monday, sources said. The school called police, who arrested the accused pervert a short time later.

Kearins, apparently feeling the heat from investigators before his arrest, also sent the girl, now 16, a note telling her to dump any racy messages she had saved on her phone and email account, sources said.

That 70's show savage clan

Lisa Robin Kelly, one of the troupe on "That '70s Show," has been arrested yet again, this time on suspicion of DUI.

Kelly's car apparently stalled on the 5 freeway in Burbank on Saturday, the California Highway Patrol told Associated Press. When officers helped the 43-year-old move her vehicle, they reportedly noticed signs of possible intoxication. She was arrested slightly after midnight, and released Sunday on $5,000 bail.

A March 2012 arrest, on suspicion of spousal abuse, resulted in quite the mug shot, which earned Kelly more notoriety than she'd seen in a while.

Kelly was also arrested in November 2012 on suspicion of assault. She pleaded guilty to DUI in 2010 after being arrested in North Carolina, where she lives with her husband.

For three seasons of "That '70s Show" -- which also starred Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher and Wilmer Valderrama -- Kelly played Laurie, the hottie sister of Topher Grace's character, Eric. She has appeared in only two short films since leaving the sitcom, according to IMDb.
