Krap Slop's Hillbilly Kin, Kills AGAIN!!!
Pa.- Prosecutors say a homeless US Army veteran assaulted near a train station outside Philadelphia has died and the charges against the alleged attacker are being upgraded to murder.
Bucks County prosecutors say Dale Wakefield had been out celebrating his 21st birthday before he stabbed 71-year-old George Mohr at least 70 times with a pocket knife outside the Doylestown train station on July 3.
The district attorney's office says Mohr died from his injuries three days later. Prosecutor Michelle Henry says the charges against Wakefield are being upgraded from attempted murder to murder.
Investigators say Wakefield called his sister and said he had stabbed someone and was in Baltimore, where he was arrested. The Bucks County Courier Times reports that authorities expect him to be returned to Bucks County for arraignment Thursday.
According to CBS Philly, authorities say the motive for the attack is unclear.

A Wake Forest teen has been charged in connection with a string of assaults along the Upper Neuse Greenway Trail.
Brett Edward Gunter Hill, 17, is charged with two counts of sexual battery, one count of indecent exposure, and one count of assault and battery.
Police say on March 9, Hill slapped a victim's buttocks, resulting in a sexual battery charge. On May 12, he exposed himself to a female victim, resulting in the indecent exposure charge. On June 5, he reportedly tried to pull down a victim's shorts, results in the second sexual battery charge.
During the most recent incident, on June 11, which resulted in a charge of assault and battery, Hill pulled a victim to the ground. The victim told police that it was obvious that he intended to expose himself to her.
Police say all of the incidents occurred at various location along or directly adjacent to the greenway.
On May 29, two female victims reported that a white male exposed himself to them while walking along the greenway, although Hill has not been charged in connection with that incident.

The Davenport woman who was running a day care center in her home where meth was being made could spend the next decade behind bars.
A Scott County judge sentenced 34-year-old Amanda Taylor to up to ten years in prison.
Taylor previously pleaded guilty to four felonies including child endangerment.
Fawn Waack’s children attended Taylor’s daycare. Her 4-year-old son tested 3 times higher for meth than Amanda Taylor.
“The worst thing of all is because of your irresponsibility, I have no idea what is in store for [my son].” Waack says,“The doctors know little about the long-term effects. He was complaining of headaches, staying up late at night, couldn’t sleep. My son is still suffering from what you guys exposed him to.”
During the sentencing, Taylor gave a tearful apology.
“I’m so sorry to Fawn, to the kids, to my own kids, to my family for all I put them through,” Taylor said.
During the sentencing Thursday, Judge Gary McKendrick told Taylor he didn’t think she fully understands the trust she’d violated.
“This court has trouble getting past the fact that you ignored the safety for the children whose parents entrusted you to care for them; there is no doubt about that,” Judge McKendrick said.
Judge McKendrick then sentenced Taylor to up to ten years in prison with the possibility of parole. Taylor was taken into custody Thursday, July 11 in Scott County District Court.
Taylor’s boyfriend, Dale Blumer, pleaded guilty last month to manufacturing meth at the day care, but was only given probation.

LOUISVILLE, Ky.(WDRB)-- St. Matthews Police say a man's sweet tooth drove him to steal all kinds of candy -- even from an area Little League.
According to an arrest report, someone called police claiming that there was stolen property in an apartment on Shelbyville Road, near N. Hubbards Lane.
When officers arrived, they knocked on the door of the apartment belonging to 20-year-old Anthony Cornelson, who invited them to come in.
Police say officers confronted him about alleged stolen property, and he showed them several bags full of candy, telling them he bought it from someone for $10.
He was then read his rights and allegedly confessed to breaking into the concession stand and garage at the community center on Ten Pin Lane, near Shelbyville Road. The center hosts the St. Matthews Little League.
Police say he also was in possession of merchandise taken from the St. Matthews Batting Machines at the corner of Shelbyville Road and Bowling Blvd.
According to the arrest report, Cornelson was found with 20-30 gallon-sized, zip-locked baggies containing a variety of candies, including Sour Punch, Ring Pops, Twix, Starburst and Dubble Bubble.
Police also allegedly found a Troy Bilt 21' lawn mower, bolt cutters, 20-30 bottles of Pepsi and Mountain Dew, batting machine tokens and walkie talkies.
Cornelson was arrested and charged with three counts of burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools.

A white-bearded Bad Santa has been busted trying to have sex with minors, police said.
Wiley Gene Davis — who dresses up as Father Christmas for local Oklahoma schools each holiday season — allegedly made lewd proposals to a 15-year-old girl he met online.
Cops arrested the 49-year-old last week after an undercover Internet sting.
The Tulsa World reports that Davis replied to a Craigslist ad posted by someone he believed was an underage teen.
He reportedly referred to himself as "Santa," asked her if she "liked to sit on Santa's lap" and said: "I think Santa might have a very good present for you."
"It will be fun trying to train you baby," he also allegedly added.
But he was in fact talking to an undercover cop from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
He was arrested Thursday after showing up at a convenience store where he'd planned to meet the girl.
Davis, who was found to be packing a loaded .40-caliber pistol, was charged with proposing lewd acts to a child under 16 and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
He is also accused of violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

An Oklahoma City woman is accused of threatening her neighbor with a knife before announcing she had sex with her cat.
Kristina Michelle Brown, 23, allegedly brandished a pocket knife at her neighbor, 72-year-old Elmer Morrison, Monday afternoon and asked if he wanted to die, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
Click here to read the whole report.
Morrison called the cops, and when a responding officer asked Morrison why she was threatening her neighbor, she allegedly replied, "Because of what he did to me… I had sex with my cat and everyone knows."
She allegedly added that Morrison didn't know she had sex with the cat, she was just "mad at him and wants him to die."
Brown was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
It's unclear if Brown actually engaged in intercourse with her cat. In 2011, though, an Iowa man was charged with animal abuse after police say he got high on meth and attempted to have sex with a feline before throwing the animal out the window. The cat died as a result.
Sometimes even the idea of bestiality is enough to spark violence. Last month, a Wisconsin man was accused of getting into a violent altercation at a bar after insisting it was a constitutional right to have sex with a goat.

KRAP SLOP'S KIN, GOES SAVAGE AGAIN!
When cops wanted to throw the book at Ashley Taylor Wright for suspected shoplifting, she allegedly responded by tossing her infant daughter back at them.
Wright, a 23-year-old resident of Pensacola, Fla., allegedly tried to use her baby stroller to smuggle about $260 worth of clothing from the dressing room of a Dillard's in Mary Esther, Fla., according to WTSP-TV.
Cops said she was able to get inside her Nissan Pathfinder, where her husband was in the driver's seat and two other children, ages 2 and 4, were sitting in the back.
A deputy approached Wright and tried to get her out of the car, but she screamed at her husband to get in the car, according to police.
Then she allegedly grabbed a baby carrier and screamed to the arresting officer, "You will have to shoot through the baby to get me!” according to The Smoking Gun.
Wright allegedly ran from the car and threw the car seat with the baby inside at the deputy. The infant was not injured, ABCActionNews.com reported.
Cops said Wright attempted to run off but was quickly captured by the officer after a brief scuffle during which she received a laceration to her face, LocalTV15.com reported.
She was charged with child abuse without bodily harm, petty theft, and resisting an officer without violence. The last charge inspired Miami New Times to make this observation: "So apparently throwing a baby at someone does not count as resisting an officer with violence in the eyes of the law."

MAMARONECK, N.Y.(AP)-- In the space of about 19 hours ending Thursday, a rabbi from the New York suburbs was arrested or arraigned on three separate charges of impersonating a police officer.
In each case, Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski was angered when other motorists drove too slowly or cut him off, police say. So he allegedly flashed a phony badge and tried to get them to pull over.
The rabbi's unusual case made headlines after his first arrest and gained momentum as others came forward to tell authorities he tried to stop them while driving.
The latest arrest stemmed from an encounter in Yonkers in April when "what appeared to be minor road rage escalated," state police Investigator Joseph Becerra said Thursday.
He said Borodowski angrily waved a badge at a driver who cut him off on Interstate 87.
"Words were exchanged," Becerra said. The other driver and his passenger "felt they were intimidated by this individual and he was purporting to be a police officer."
The passenger videotaped some of the encounter, he said. The footage is not being released.
Borodowski surrendered Thursday at a state police barracks in Hawthorne and was charged with the misdemeanor form of criminal impersonation. He is due in court July 29.
The rabbi's lawyer, Andrew Rubin, said Borodowski suffers from bipolar disorder.
Thursday's arrest came just a few hours after Borodowski pleaded not guilty in Mamaroneck Village Court to the same charge, stemming from a June incident in which Borodowski is accused of pulling his Camry alongside a woman's car, flashing a badge and shouting "Police! Police! Pull over!"
Police said he told them, "That girl was driving too slow, and I hate when people do this." He denied posing as a police officer.
Prosecutor Diana Hedayati agreed to reduce the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. The revision means the rabbi is much less likely to be jailed if he's found guilty.
The Westchester district attorney's office said the charge was reduced from felony status because the rabbi's behavior did not include intent to commit another crime while impersonating an officer.
Judge Daniel Gallagher ordered a psychiatric evaluation and adjourned the case to Sept. 12.
Borodowski did not speak during the proceeding and refused to answer questions outside the courthouse. Richard Clifford, a lawyer representing the woman who reported him, said he was not disappointed that the charge was reduced.
"Putting everyone in jail is not a solution," he said.
On Wednesday, Borodowski was arrested in White Plains. A driver there complained the rabbi had confronted him in a rage in May, claiming to be an officer and displaying a badge. The driver said it appeared Borodowski wanted him to drive faster.
Borodowski has been fired from a position at prestigious Temple Emanu-El in Manhattan. He is still listed as the leader of a congregation in Larchmont. The Journal News reported Thursday that the synagogue's president wrote a letter to the congregation saying members should help the rabbi "recover from his illness and ... welcome him back as our spiritual leader at the appropriate time."

UNION COUNTY, N.C.—
A Union County senior citizen is facing criminal charges on allegations she was peddling pills from her Indian Trail home.
Deputies arrested 65-year-old Lois Cummisky Thursday after an undercover operation.
Investigators said Cummisky had been selling prescription hydrocodone pills out of her home on Third Avenue to undercover agents, activities that may have been facilitated by her age.
"The access to these pharmaceuticals may be easier for her age and gender," said Sgt. Kevin James.
Thursday was the second time Cummisky had been arrested. Authorities first handcuffed her in May when they said she conspired to sell drugs with her 34-year-old son, Anthony Jacobs.
Jacobs was arrested for drug trafficking, and since then authorities said Cummisky had taken over the business by herself.
Neighbors were shocked by news of her arrest.
"It's just not exactly what you would expect. I'm kind of surprised to hear about all that activity going on around here," said neighbor Greg Legault.

Krap Slop's savage hillbilly Kin, chimps out again!!
The soon-to-be baby mama of a city “American Idol” contestant was charged with stalking yesterday for allegedly following the aspiring rapper into a nail salon and repeatedly leaving him voice messages, according to court papers.
According to court papers, Hagit Hamus, 34, stalked Jonathan Jay Stone, 31, who raps with the duo Bagels ’n Box.
Hamus, pregnant with Stone’s baby, allegedly followed him into the salon and watched him get a manicure. She also sent him ultrasound pictures of their baby, the documents state.
“Why are you doing this to me? I am having your child,” Hamus allegedly said on a voice message.
“You need to care about our child. Please, please, please stop making my life miserable.”
The two met at a Kips Bay deli in January. They had sex at Stone’s nearby luxury loft a month later and broke up the day after Valentine’s Day, Stone says in court papers.
A month later, Hamus learned she was pregnant.
Stone was arrested last month for allegedly violating a protection order and calling Hamus a “f--king skank” at a Flatiron taco joint.
The Jewish rapper, who often performs at bar mitzvahs, also filed $1.5 million libel lawsuit against Hamus in May for calling him a Nazi via YouTube.
The couple is also battling in Family Court over the custody of their unborn child.

A bungling burglar tried to break into a Florida pharmacy but ended up falling through the neighboring restaurant's ceiling instead, police said.
Byron Newville, 29, fell to the floor in Manatee's Thai Spice eatery 4:05 a.m. Thursday morning after choosing the wrong air vent to drop into.
Despite being injured in the tumble — which destroyed the diner's ceiling — he still tried to make the most of his misfortune and rob the cash register.
When cops arrived, after earlier being called by passersby who'd spotted Newville climbing onto the roof, he ran and hid in a freezer.
Officers then sent in a K-9 who bit him on the thigh, which persuaded him to leave and be arrested, reports the Bradenton Herald.
Newville was taken to hospital for treatment, then to Manatee County jail where he was charged with burglary and held on $20,500 bond.

Krap Slop's kin, does it AGAIN!! WOOOOO!!!!!!
A local business owner was hospitalized after being attacked by a former employee Thursday, police said.
The incident happened around noon, at Specialty Flooring, located at 1445 Main St., in Oakville.
Police said the victim, a 53-year-old man and owner of the flooring business, reported that he was attacked by 51-year-old Richard Murphy, an ex-employee.
Upon arrival, Murphy engaged police in a short foot pursuit, but was arrested in the Steele Brook, a body of water behind the business.
Officers used a stun gun as Murphy was physically resisting being taken into custody.
According to the victim, Murphy had been staying a camper behind the business.
The victim told police that shortly before noon, Murphy entered the business, snuck up behind him and struck him repeatedly in the head with a piece of wood trim.
Murphy told police that the victim owed him money, and he went into the business with every intention of getting paid, even if it meant using force.
However, the victim told police that he had lent Murphy money in the past and that there was no truth to the statement that he owed Murphy money.
Additionally, the victim, who police said was bleeding from the back of his head after being struck several times, said he believed Murphy was trying to kill him during the attack.
According to police, officers recovered a 4' long piece of hardwood molding with blood on it that was determined to have been used by Murphy to strike the victim.
The victim suffered several head and arm injuries and was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
Murphy was also taken to a hospital to be evaluated.
Murphy, of 376 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree attempt at assault, second-degree assault, first-degree burglary, second-degree attempt at larceny, interfering with an officer, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

If cocaine is a hell of a drug, human ashes are one hell of a mistake.
William "Billy" Cantrell, 28, was arrested this week for allegedly stealing a box of human ashes from a neighbor in Tennessee. Family members believe Cantrell thought the ashes were cocaine.
"William thought it was drugs, he thought he'd done found him a box of cocaine is what he thought," Cantrell's grandmother, Wanda Allen, told News Channel 5.
Cantrell was held on an aggravated burglary charge.
According to a police affidavit, Cantrell took an Xbox from his neighbor, Steven Medley, along with a small box, and fled to his grandmother's home in Nashville. The grandmother believes he wasn't sober during the incident. The ashes were that of Medley's mother.
"They just made it sounds like he's a bad, terrible person broke in this house and stole this woman's ashes. I'm not saying he's not guilty but he didn't know what he was stealing," his mother Kathy told News Channel 5.

He looks like a movie star, but many members of Brooklyn’s Jewish community believe he is a monster.
Andrew Goodman, 27, who worked for Jewish social-service agencies, is charged with sexually abusing two Orthodox boys for years in Flatbush — one from age 11 to 15, the other from age 13 to 16.
Goodman filmed sex acts with the youngsters on a Web cam, according to the 144-count indictment, which alleges numerous violations since 2006. He has pleaded not guilty.
The handsome Goodman, who held parties in his home with liquor and child porn, also “threatened the life” of a boy who reported him to authorities, court papers and sources say.
He’s one of an astounding 85 accused Orthodox child molesters that Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes’ office says it has busted in the past three years in an initiative called Kol Tzedek, Hebrew for “voice of justice.”
The cases involve 117 victims — a number that has the community reeling from the extent of the horrors of pedophilia.
Launched amid complaints that Hynes was soft on Orthodox child predators, Kol Tzedek aims to coax victims to come forward, despite strong pressure in the insular religious community to cover up such crimes.
All but two of the suspects are men, and more than half the victims are male, said Assistant DA Rhonnie Jaus, chief of the sex abuse and crimes against children division.
