Krap Slop's kin, kills again!!

A Northern California teen once praised as a hero is suspected of being a cold, heartless killer.

Daniel William Marsh, 16, was charged with double homicide Tuesday for the April stabbing deaths of an elderly couple at their home in Davis, west of Sacramento.

The slayings of Oliver Northup, 87, and his wife Claudia Maupin, 76, were "willful, deliberate and premeditated" and "manifested exceptional depravity," prosecutors said in a charging document.

Marsh, who was 15 at the time, allegedly lay in wait until they returned home. He is accused of inflicting torture before finally taking their lives, reported The Sacramento Bee.

Krap Slop's kin goes savage again!

John Jamelske, a scruffy bottle-picker from Syracuse, regarded himself as smooth with the ladies.

To the rest of the world, he was a kidnapper and sexual predator.

Before there was Ariel Castro, Cleveland’s industrious triple kidnapper, there was Jamelske, New York’s dungeon dragoon.

For 15 years beginning in 1988, he held a succession of females as sex slaves in a filthy bunker beneath his house in upstate DeWitt. Jamelske was finally busted on April 3, 2003, three weeks before Castro kidnapped Amanda Berry, the second of his three victims.

Castro seemed shamed by his arrest. Jamelske, on the other hand, claimed his victims were “buddies.” He said he chained them “only a tiny little” and saw himself as “a tremendous influence” on them.

“No, I never considered anybody a kidnap victim,” he told the Syracuse Post-Standard. He explained that kidnappers demand cash ransoms. He didn’t do that.

“I figured it’s like detaining somebody or unlawful imprisonment or something like that,” he said.

The law disagreed, and convicted kidnapper Jamelske, 78, is living out his life in prison.

His case didn’t get the national attention of the dramatic escape of the three women in Cleveland earlier in May, but Jamelske’s story is just as implausible.

Krap Slop's kin, does it again!!!!!!!!!!

Krap Slop, you really need to get a grip on your kin.

A Brooklyn crook busted with a crack pipe up his butt brazenly demanded authorities hand him $55,000 in drug money found near him when he was collared, court documents state.

Andre Deluca, 34, was arrested in a Sunset Park hotel in 2011 with the cash and a loaded 9mm Smith & Wesson pistol lying on the floor near him, according to court papers filed by the Brooklyn District Attorney.

Once cops brought him to a nearby precinct, the uncomfortable ex-con announced that police would find,“a crack pipe with a bundle in my butt hole”– and cops did indeed find the pipe, along with 13 pills and a “golf-ball sized crack cocaine rock.

Last month the gutsy Deluca – who served time for attempted robbery – had his attorney ask the Brooklyn DA for the return of the $54,950, according to a Brooklyn DA lawsuit that argues against his request.

Deluca was arrested after cops caught two other drug dealers who were about to break into his hotel room to steal the cash.

Krap Slop's kin goes savage again!!!

An Otis man is being held in jail on $500,000 bail after allegedly setting his home on fire with his family inside.

Leroy Erwin Adams, 48, appeared Wednesday in Lincoln County Circuit Court on arson and menacing charges. His next court appearance is scheduled for July 3.

His wife, two teen daughters and mother escaped unharmed from the home in the 100 block of North Bear Creek Road. North Lincoln firefighters extinguished the flames, but the home was considered a total loss.

Adams has previous convictions for assault, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer in Lincoln County, court records show.

Adams' wife called 911 about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday and reported that her husband was distraught over family issues and doused the home with diesel fuel to ignite it, said Sgt. Mark Meister, a Lincoln County sheriff's spokesman. Adams was armed with an AK-47 rifle and a handgun.

At least 15 officers from the sheriff's office, Lincoln City Police Department and Oregon State Police responded and closed nearby Oregon 18, Meister said. Adams parked a logging truck in the driveway to block access to the home.

His wife, children and mother began packing items from the home into two cars while Adams kept spreading the fuel, Meister said. His wife, who stayed on the line with emergency dispatchers, got splashed.

Adams then ignited the diesel, burning the home and exploding ammunition stored inside, Meister said.

He soon went outside and moved the logging truck, and his daughters managed to drive away. His wife and his mother, who carried his AK-47 out, walked to safety, Meister said.

Deputies stopped Adams as he tried to drive away in another car. By that time, he had no weapon.

Meister said Adams told deputies: "I'm burning my own house down. What's the problem?"

Authorities negotiated with Adams for about 15 minutes before he surrendered.

By the time firefighters could go to work, flames engulfed the home.

"It was a very, very tense situation that we're glad ended with no one hurt," Meister said.

kRAP Slop's Kin KILLS AGAIN!!!!!!

Tampa, Florida -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says an arrest has been made in connection to the Interstate 4 shooting death from over the weekend.

Investigators arrested 48-year-old Jerome Edward Hayes of St. Cloud, who according to his lawyer, turned himself in voluntarily on Monday morning.

A gun belonging to Hayes has also reportedly been confiscated, but his lawyer is not sure if it is the one used in the shooting.

During a press conference Monday afternoon, Colonel Donna Lusczynski clarified that this incident did not stem from road rage, but rather a case of mistaken identity, "and being in the wrong place at the wrong time."

Krap Slop's kin chimps out again!

This is one Ugly Hillbilly.

When 62-year-old Peggy Hill reportedly laid a wet one on a police officer, she basically kissed her freedom goodbye.

The Florida woman was arrested for allegedly kissing a cop on the nose Saturday evening and jailed on charges of felony battery of a law enforcement officer.

Authorities were responding to a report of an altercation between Hill and one of her Bradenton neighbors when the smooch reportedly took place.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office arrest report, obtained by The Smoking Gun, Sgt. Randy Lamb was speaking to Hill when she suddenly leaned in and kissed him on the nose.

"[S]he approached him and kissed him on his nose against his will. He stepped away from her, wiped off the saliva from his nose, attempted to take her into custody and she started to struggle with him," an assisting officer wrote in the report.

Deputies noted that Hill later allegedly admitted to drinking about three glasses of wine prior to the debacle, the Sun-Sentinel reports.

A search of the Manatee County Sheriff's Office website reveals that Hill is still in custody on $5,000 bond.

A Tulsa, Okla., homeowner practically gift-wrapped a present for local police Wednesday when he hogtied a burglary suspect and put him on his front lawn.

Denay Houston said that she and her husband, noticed that their daughter’s window had been broken early Wednesday morning, and then heard sounds coming from the couple’s garage.

Houston’s husband then pounced on the unsuspecting alleged thief and quickly tied his arms behind his back with a rope.

"He's like a superhero," Denay Houston told NewsOn6.

Houston’s husband then forced the man to the ground, hogtied him on the couple’s lawn, called police, and went off to work.

"That's just the type of person he is, you know? That's just the type of person he is. Business is business.'I got to take care of business, he's safe, the police are coming, I got to go,'" said Houston, who is nine months pregnant.

When police arrived at the scene, they found 31-year-old Robert Cole where Houston had left him, and arrested him on one charge of first degree burglary.

Houston’s wife attributed his skill with rope to his years of working with horses.

Cole is being held at the Tulsa County jail, and his bail has been set at $32,079.

Krap Slop, are you going to bail him?

It's only $32,079. You and all your kin can chip in and get Robert out.

Krap Slop's kin, does it again!!!

A Wake County deputy suffered minor injuries Friday night after being dragged by a car during a traffic stop on Wimberly Road in Apex, the Wake County Sheriff's Office said.

Deputy Ricky Spivey stopped Michael Joseph Morgan, of 1129 Wimberly Road, less than half a mile from his home about 7:30 p.m., officials said.

During the stop, Morgan left the scene, dragging Spivey with his vehicle. Deputy Casey Miller, who had arrived at the traffic stop to assist Spivey, fired shots at Morgan's car, hitting him twice.

Morgan, who has been charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon on a government official, was taken to Duke Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said. Spivey suffered minor injuries.

The Wake County Sheriff's Office said the State Bureau of Investigation is now in charge of the investigation, which is standard in officer-involved shootings.

Krap Slop's Kin, Kills Again!!!!!!!!!

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo.- A former Cherry Creek School District employee faces charges in connection with the overdose deaths of four people between 2008 and 2011.

Almeda Beth Sullivan, 50, reported the death of Carter Lee Higdon, 21, at her home at 7250 East Bentley Circle in Centennial on October 1, according to the arrest affidavit.

Sullivan said she left Higdon asleep in her bed that morning to take her daughter to a track meet. Sullivan told investigators that when she returned, she found foam coming out of Higdon's mouth and could not wake him up.

But Sullivan's 16-year-old daughter said she slept at a friend's house that night. The friend's mother, Lynn Davidson, told police she drove the girls to their track meet.

Sullivan called Higdon's mother and step-father, who came over and insisted she call 911.

The autopsy revealed Higdon had died 12-18 hours before Sullivan called police. Toxicology tests showed elevated levels of Oxymorphone and alcohol, as well as Xanax, Trazodone, and marijuana.

Investigators found a prescription bottle of Xanax and a short straw "consistent with snorting" in Higdon's pockets. Chemical analysis of the straw found methamphetamine, Oxycodone and Oxymorphone.

Higdon's mother, Sara Donegan, told investigators her son had a previous overdose in 2007, immediately after leaving Sullivan's home.

After getting tips from two confidential informants, undercover investigators said Sullivan sold them Oxymorphone, Percocet and marijuana in two separate purchases during the month of October.

In November, investigators searched Sullivan's home. Investigators said Sullivan admitted to selling her own prescription pills to survive financially, and that she had done it less than 30 times. Inside, investigators said they found multiple bottles containing Oxymorphone and Oxycontin pills, and an "owe" sheet and price-per-pill sheet.

Almeda Sullivan was a teacher's aide at West Middle School in the Cherry Creek School District in 2004 and 2005, according to Tustin Amole with the school district. She worked in the transportation department for about a year prior to that.

Sullivan's next hearing is scheduled for July 15 at 1:30 p.m.

Krap Slop's kin, kills Again!!!

HELENA, Mont.- Preliminary autopsy reports show a 3-year-old Washington state boy whose body was found in southwestern Montana likely died of blunt- and sharp-force injuries, authorities said Wednesday.

Montana Department of Justice officials identified the boy as Broderick Daniel Cramer, of Lacey, Wash. His father, Jeremy Brent Cramer, has been charged with deliberate homicide and is in jail on $250,000 bond.

No other details were released about how the boy died.

"Additional pathology examination and criminal investigation is required in this matter," said Montana Department of Justice spokesman John Barnes.

Broderick's body was found Tuesday 5 miles southeast of Anaconda, Mont.

Authorities began searching for him after his father was arrested Monday night in a convenience store bathroom washing blood from his clothes.

They found the 38-year-old Cramer's vehicle on rural road 5 miles southeast of Anaconda, and discovered the boy's body the next morning.

Cramer's wife told police her husband had left their home with their son Monday. Lacey Police Cmdr. Jim Mack said an Amber Alert wasn't issued because the mother never indicated that the child was in danger.

But police requested help from law enforcement in eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana in a search for the boy after the 31-year-old woman reported her husband's fuel card was used in Moses Lake, Wash.

Police say the couple had been arguing about finances.

"He had asked her earlier within the last couple of weeks if they could do a road trip to the East Coast, and she said,`No, we don't have the money,"' Mack said.

Cramer had been living in Lacey for about a year and had a Montana's driver's license, Mack said.

Police were still investigating the crime scene and interviewing witnesses on Wednesday.

The state Division of Criminal Investigation and the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Department of Law Enforcement are leading the investigation.
