Real scumbags in what is generally acknowledged to be an industry full of shady, dishonest creeps. I hope they do hard time, and not at a Club Fed.

Take 'em down and send 'em away. Lloyd Neck, Port Washington - yeah these parasites were livin' large on the backs of the poor, that's for sure. Nice Republican boys. Good American capitalists. NOT. Too bad that for every one of these, there's nine more still getting away with it.

The sad part is that the tens of millions that will be recouped back from these crooks, that should be given back to us, will actually get gobbled up by other crooks...lawyers.

It's about time these Italian losers are getting what they deserve. They treat the drivers like crap. They work 60-70 hours a week without overtime pay, they had no raises for two years while the company "reorganized", they were cheated out of 401K money all the while they were raking in the money for themselves while convincing employees the company was in financial trouble and needed their help to stay afloat.I wonder if all their threats and demands can get them out of this one-it sounds pretty big. I hope they get taken for every penny they profited.

I bet there are 50 more companies in NY area that are doing the same thing. Oil prices are rediculous here, and nobody will do a thing about it. Spineless politicians never even mention trying to solve this problem. They think we don't notice that the rest of the country is paying .30 cents a gallon less than we are on Long Island. Any comments ?

Sieze their assets! Take their homes and throw their families on to the street! Donate all their clothes to goodwill! Make their families live under the bridge somewhere this winter! Give them a taste of what it's like to need heat. These worthless pieces of s**t should spend the rest of their miserable lives in a cold cell! MAKE THEM PAY BACK ALL THE STOLEN OIL MONEY!

I'm with you, but I hope they get taken for MORE than they profited. They treated their office staff almost as bad as the drivers.
