OPINION: Letter: Let people decide on health care facilities in Columbus
I don't know about anyone but myself, but I took offense to Tuesday's story in the Republic, "Unwanted Rival." Once again this story was based on the political views of Columbus Regional Hospital's President and CEO Jim Bickel and others.

I agree. This increased medical offerings can do nothing but give residents more choices. And is it not a medical complex for offices, not a hospital. Why would Columbus Regional be objecting?

They are objecting because they have a monopoly and don't want any competition.Kind of like if Navistar tried to start a new business here.
