Okay, it is a well written letter. However, I wonder what the families of the breast cancer patients that actually HAD their coverage denied by Wellpoint would have to say about it. It's not like knowing somebody with cancer, having a big pink ribbon in your building, promoting wellness programs, AND denying coverage are mutually exclusive. Wellpoint is doing all of these things. What they are being questioned about is not the color of their ribbon, it is about what they did to real people, and they were wrong.
