If you are referring to the examples given by the administration, they were all proven to be false.

Do you also realize that in nations with the government run health care, the lady would most likely wait a bit too long to get treatment.

The answer to the question of health care costs does not lie with government control, since they add to the costs involved. They will also limit access.

There are more horror stories to be found about lack of access from Canada or England than what you will find here. You also have to realize the administration is floating the ideas out there that health care for the elderly is too expensive.

You have to get beyond your ten second sound bites and get back to reality. No matter how bad they try to twist the current situation, what they plan for us is a lot worse.

Also, does your mommie know you call names? As far as being a moron, at least I have been able to dig a little further than the thin veneer that the administration has put on this monstrosity.

That's odd...the part of the bill that no longer allows ANY CHILD to be denied health care just went into affect a couple weeks ago...EVERYONE (across the board) LOVES IT!!!!
How is it bad?
The biggest fear of the repubs, is that this bill will be a success!!! It's already working:)

NO..it's obvious you did NO research...because you are repeating DEBUNKED scare tactics...sorry, it's not working:)
The PEOPLE wanted health care reform, we voted for health care reform...and we GOT IT!!
...if we didn't want health care reform, we would have never voted in Obama:)
The PROOF is in the pudding:)
BUT...let me get this straight, according to you:
Millions of people including children go without health care every day = NOT a monstosity

AND

Health care equally for ALL Americans = a monstrosity
?????????
I don't quite get your logic...

I have posted many links to Canadians THEMSELVES in ER waiting rooms being questioned about health care, and ALL PEOPLE said they would take their health care ANYDAY, than have American health care!!!
Am I right or wrong???
Do you wanna se it again??

What do you think about his:

In case you haven't noticed, our health care system in the US has been broken for years. We pay FAR more than any other country in the world for health care and receive worse health care than most major industrialized nations. How stupid can you be to blame the democrats, who are at least trying to fix the broken system. The Republicans have no fix at all.
So you're saying a broken fix that actually doesn't work for anyone, is better than no fix? Bizarre. Now I see how things work in Liberal Dumbocratsville. Interesting.

Oh that shifty Al Fraken, is there anything stupid he won't say? LOL It's even more embarrassing that we basically let the Dumbocrats and him steal his position through scamming the voting system.

If the liberal dumbocrats were SO concerned about a "fair election" (a term they only use when their candidate is losing, ironically), why didn't we have a third count of the recent election results between him and Coleman?

The Answer: Because they know they probably couldn't grease enough palms a second time to fix the results. Pretty sad, really.

Now we're stuck with this public embarrassment of an elected official. Way to go, Dumbocrats! You've helped further cement Minnesota's reputation as a bunch of morons who will let anyone into office. Nice job!

You have yet to step up to the plate and back what you say. The number of people without access was cooked and only believed because it was a number. Honestly! if you throw a number into a false allegation, it is suddenly more believable.

It is like the "jobs saved" numbers. They are totally cooked up out of thin air and hold no actual value.

Look at your story about the kid. You never answered the question of whether the lady bought insurance after the father beat him. It smells as if the lady did buy the insurance in order to pay for the dental work. In that case, the insurance should not pay. I can not buy auto or home insurance after an accident or fire to pay for what happened prior to the purchase. Life does not work that way.

I know people from Canada and Europe. Sorry, their systems do ration healthcare and delay one's getting something important.

I know people in the high tech and medical tech fields. Prices are going up already due to expenses. Health insurance provided to employees is already going up in price with reduced benefits.

None of this was supposed to happen. It is. Go out and ask people in these areas. I live in the RL and experience it.

The truth is that you need to get out of your bubble and live. Pay same serious taxes. Take care of the medical needs of a household and you will see that the "healthcare reform" given to us is not. It does not address the root cause of the problem and that is the cost of care and insurance. The most it does is try to control prices which means rationing and force others to pay.

I work with a guy from Canada who has a bad back and was waiting for a "all clear" from the Gov to get that surgery. 3 years later it was OK'ed and he is now in a wheelchair. This is a fact and a true story. Snowbunny lives in a fluffy pink cloud

McDonald's, 29 other firms get health care coverage waivers

USA Today is reporting that nearly a million workers won't get a consumer protection in the U.S. health reform law meant to cap insurance costs because the government exempted their employers.

Thirty companies and organizations, including McDonald's and Jack in the Box won't be required to raise the minimum annual benefit included in low-cost health plans, which are often used to cover part-time or low-wage employees.

The Department of Health and Human Services, which provided a list of exemptions, said it granted waivers in late September so workers with such plans wouldn't lose coverage from employers who might choose instead to drop health insurance altogether.

Without waivers, companies would have had to provide a minimum of $750,000 in coverage next year, increasing to $1.25 million in 2012,$2 million in 2013 and unlimited in 2014.

"The big political issue here is the president promised no one would lose the coverage they've got," says Robert Laszewski, chief executive officer of consulting company Health Policy and Strategy Associates. "Here we are a month before the election, and these companies represent 1 million people who would lose the coverage they've got."

http://mobile.timesnews.net/article.php...

The biggest single waiver, for 351,000 people, was for the United Federation of Teachers Welfare Fund, a New York union providing coverage for city teachers ...What other unions are getting special treatment from ObummerCare?

Fascist economics. The government allows private business to exist, but picks winners and losers. Some folks get waivers, some folks are punished by rigid revenue enforcement. Business must support the folks in power if they want to stay in business.

"at the discretion of the Secretary of applicable government agencies" is in the main body of Obamacare.

They WILL use this to deny care to their political opponents and groups that support their political opponents.

Government of men, not laws. Some folks call it "crony capitalism", but it's really "fascism".

You were asked to cite your sources quite some time ago.

While people like you elect unqualified educators like Obama based on stories and anecdotes, thinking people require proof.

Which says a WHOLE lot about the ability of individual Americans to think on their own lately.

It is titled "health Care reform." You fail to realize the root causes of the costs were not addressed. I live in the real world. We use data, find causes for problems and address them. Politics in America is to create a crisis and do something although it has nothing to do with the problem. The main objectives are to grow government and secure votes. You took the bait and I hope that some day you will see that your reforms are not only smoke and mirrors but are actually quite bad for the nation.
