Libby's St. John's Lutheran Hospital has received a $32 million loan from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Department to build a new facility.
The Libby hospital did not receive any money from HUD nor any government entity. HUD underwrote the loan as a guarantor. The money came from a seperate financial orginization...not the Federal Government.
