Linda Black has been appointed executive director by Hospice El Paso's board of directors after serving as interim director since July 6. Black, a graduate of the UTEP School of Nursing with more than 30 years of nursing experience, joined the hospice in 2008 as chief of patient care services.

Finally! We have needed a Hospice Hotel in El Paso for a very long time, and I'm thrilled to see it finally coming about. Thank God for Linda Black, as she was a blessing to my family in 1998 when my mother was in Hospice care and she will do a great job. Good luck to you Linda, and thank you!
