Non traditional trained South African nurses versus traditional trained nurses[Hospital setup]. Non traditoinal lack experience and exposure to stimulate their judgement. This prolongs patients hospital stay. Is it because of shortage of nurses that the hospital are left with such staff who only work in ICU because of money.
