Send a big bill to Juarez for all their people that use UMC and don't pay they can raise their property taxes. If they say NO then double bridge fees or a entry fee after they cross bridge of Americas. That way no one is breaking LBJ's stupid treaty deal from 1964

Maybe if they're a little short on cash, they would be able to just pay us in weed? I wouldn't mind a nice bowlful myself.
