Having a kid, when broke, is child abuse.

The chances of these mostly fatherless unwanted children of winding up is prison is disturbingly high.

Rewarding these "mothers" for unleashing their angry, frustrated, and primitive poverty-ridden spawn on society is the mark of insanity.

Hosting a tube-tying party would show much more compassion for these wretched broken women, and the broken, prison fodder they produce.
