we have plenty of nursing graduates needing jobs here, and come before foreign nurses where communication is an issue. I have a hard time communicating with foreign doctors and nurses because of their heavy accents. While their trying to speak in English is greatly appreciated IT CANNOT BE UNDERSTOOD. While some patients don't have the patience and go somewhere to find a doctor who they can communicate easily & be understood. Same with professors and teachers WHO CAN'T COMMUNICATE, yet are here employed as instructors? my son had to drop class after class in college till he lucked out and got classes where the professors' English was no problem. When students drop classes after word gets around about the foreign professors who can't teach because of language difficulties, the universities tend to lose students and money which hurts the schools. Again these English deficient professors are taking jobs from our own Americans.
