Funny reading the last gasp of soon to be extinct Republican Party. Obama is leading the way to a new world and you all will finance it!

Sounds like communism to me. When they tell you, that you will do this or do that or face fine/fee it's what communist countries tell their slaves. It seemes the US is heading down that road. With obama bin laden in charge LOOK OUT, we'll end up being a third world country.
This post is so wrong I don't even know where to begin. There is a whole host of things that our government tells us to do or not to do or we will face a fine or a fee. Judy's aforementioned speeding comes to mind.

Anyone of these sleazy nurses comes near me wearing an Obumma pin, I'm going to demand to see their supervising nurse, complain about the unprofessional care I received, and do my best to get the bimbo fired.
I hope you get well; it must suck to have to spend enough time as a patient in hospitals to come across a nurse with a political pin. On the other hand, if you're worrying about politics in a hospital, chances are you're wasting their time, and aren't very sick anyhow.

Austerity is in our future, like it or not.

This health care bull**** is trying to FORCE people to buy insurance and some people may NOT have the money for it. Did you ever think of that? Probably not. You can't get blood out of turnip. This other fee/fine crap you're spouting, people gdo it to themselves.

I'm not necessarily a proponent or an apologist of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; did you ever think of that? Probably not.

All that aside, perhaps I could explain the theory behind the two problems you associated in your post.

"Medicaid eligibility is expanded to include all individuals and families with incomes up to 133% of the poverty level along with a simplified CHIP enrollment process
Low income persons and families above the Medicaid level and up to 400% of the federal poverty level will receive federal subsidies[27] on a sliding scale if they choose to purchase insurance via an exchange (persons at 150% of the poverty level would be subsidized such that their premium cost would be of 2% of income or $50 a month for a family of 4)."

~wikipedia

I think the individual mandate will get struck down. I personally believe that it is unconstitutional, and that the government can't force anyone to buy anything.

Theiggest problem with medicaid is not everyone is able to get it. Plus wanting to force us to purchase insurance or be fined is crap. Maybe you don't know, but to purchase ins and have pre-existing medical problems, means the deductible will be high. Or for a lower deductible, the monthy premimum will be over $300.I have a friend who has diabetes, tried to get ins, her deductible was $10,000 not to mention the monthy premimum. Anyway, I wasn't talking about medicaid,I was saying it's not right to force people to buy it.
