It is always great to care about your fellow human being, but at the end of the day, you still gotta pay your bills.

Correct. I just wish that some would be motivated to take a step back when it comes to Obamacare.

Ive read some articles that with the Obamacare, only BSN degree holders will be hired. how true is this? how about LVNs and CNAs?

Not true at all. Currently only about 20% of the workforce are BSN's. With critical shortage of nurses already, there is no way they could implament something like this, unless they want to give each nurse 12 patients each.

My best motivators are my dreams in life! The reason why I am doing this is that I keep believing that after all these years of sacrifices I would come up with decisions that could contribute to my best ever success. Help me God!

here's no doubt that working in healthcare is challenging. While you're always learning, the demands of the job can stop you taking extra training that could get you promoted or allow you to move into new areas. So what motivates you to take those extra steps to reach the next level?

My motivation is to excel and be successful in my professional career and my personal life outside of work. I am a 'stay busy' type person who thrives on accomplishment and forward motion. Sometimes, in life, we all blunder and those instances are learning experiences to propel forward and strive to attain our maximum potential.

One moment from many years ago still resonates with Tali to this day. "A young woman in her early 20s was admitted to labor and delivery for induction after it was discovered there was no fetal heartbeat," she says. "The stillborn baby delivered unexpectedly when the doctor was not present — it was just my patient and myself."
