school in Ohio - work in Georgia - NCLEX ?

My daughter will graduate from NS in December '14 from a school in Ohio. Plans on moving to Georgia to work and be with BF. She's conflicted as to where to take NCLEX. Her school offers a prep class prior to taking NCLEX.
My opinion (like Dad's opinion counts) is to take the NCLEX in Ohio, get a feel for the test and then take it again in Georgia. She says she'll just take it in Georgia because why take it and pay for it twice.
Any thoughts?, advice?, experience?
Thanks in advance
