So Bush thinks that an individuals personal religious beliefs gives them the right to dictate whether or not a patient receives appropriate health care according to what they deem moral?

What about the rights of patients to receive COMPLETE health care appropriate to their needs?

Does this mean if there is a medical reason for an abortion to be performed (ie risk to the mothers life) that a doctor will be allowed to deny that woman a life-saving procedure just because they have a PERSONAL moral objection?

my opinion is that if you have a problem giving someone the medical attention they need whether it be a pack of birth control or an abortion, then maybe you shouldn't be working in the medical field. this new "plan" will only cause teen pregnancy rates to rise.

I could not agree more! I would never work in a field that might require me to go against a core belief I hold. Thank God the election is only 31/2 months away. I doubt even McCain could be this mysoginistic.
