I think the Hospital is going too far.
If the Hospital System were truly concerned with the well being and health of patients, they would prohibit Doctors, Nurses and others who have patient contact who have any inication of illness rather than firing their employees for the simple refusal to get a toxin injected into their bodies under a fundamentally flawed premise.
Over the years I have seen many Doctors and Nurses practicing their craft in Medical Facilities with the appearance of a cold or illness.
I think its also an interesting fact that two of the nurses profiled in the media appeared to be in the upper age ranges of their career as well.
